FAMILIES OF WEALTH WOULD YOU LIKE TO JOIN US? Purpose: to engage individual families that would provide a generous gift to the ministry over the next 90 Days

CREATE LIST: OF FRIENDS OF THE MINISTRY Create a dynamic list of the top 10 and top 100 friends of the ministry Update the larger Family database 500 plus Scrub the existing personal and ministry lists

CALLS: TO INDIVIDUAL FAMILIES 3 calls a day to warm families 30 calls on dedicated day to our broader qualified family list New: Share vision, send proposals and suggest best next steps Existing: Share progress and plans for serving families All: as the simple question……Do you know anyone that might help us?

EMAILS/TEXT MESSAGES: TO GROUPS OF FAMILIES 5 personal emails/text messages a day warm prospects 50 personalized drip emails/text messages a week to our top 500 family list (12 weeks) 500 person group FF newsletter once a week Saturday am for 90 days Share progress and plans for serving families like theirs

MEETINGS: IN PERSON OR ZOOM CALLS 2 a day for 90 days Some initial introductions Some presentations or proposals and Some final conversations 3 group webinars once a month about Flourishing Family Vision

RESOURCES: NEEDED TO SUPPORT THE ACTIVITY ABOVE Access to the updated proposal and plan Master Google doc with all digital assets Dynamic database with list of 500 families Design a weekly newsletter template Template personal emails and text messages Leverage the story library from Lonnie, Russ and Jay

FRIENDLY TO FLOURISHING FAMILY—WHO DO YOU KNOW? Purpose: to engage “friends of the ministry” that could introduce us to a family, foundation or source that would provide us a generous gift over the next 90 days

CREATE LIST: OF FRIENDS OF THE MINISTRY Create a dynamic list of the top 10 and top 100 friends of the ministry

CALLS: TO OUR PERSONAL NETWORKS WHO WOULD INTRODUCE US TO INDIVIDUAL FAMILIES (Personal Rolodex to Advisors, organizations, providers, family members, etc) 2 calls a day to warm friends of the ministry (100 plus calls) 20 calls on dedicated day to our broader qualified family list New: Share vision, send proposals and suggest best next steps Existing: Share progress and plans for serving families All: as the simple question……Do you know anyone that might help us?

FAMILY ARC/ARCHIVISTA PARTNERSHIP -HOW ARE WE BETTER TOGETHER? Purpose: work together with Brian and the Archivista team that could introduce us to a family, foundation or source that would provide us a generous gift over the next 90 days

CREATE LIST: FROM THE FAMILY ARC FAMILIES AND FRIENDS OF THE MINISTRY (YOURS, OURS AND THEIRS) Create a dynamic list of the top 10 and top 100 families from Family Arc (From 400) Create the Family Arc friends of the ministry list (advisors, providers, networks, etc) Together, create the top 100 Archivista Family and Foundation Prospects- Silicon Valley Create the master crossover list of yours, ours and theirs…..on master database

CALLS: TO THE FAMILY ARC COMMUNITY OR PERSONAL NETWORK TO HELP US SECURE A NEW GENEROUS FAMILY (Personal Rolodex to Advisors, organizations, providers, family members, etc) 2 calls a day from our team and your team to the priority families (100 plus calls) 20 calls on dedicated day to the broader lists above New to FF: Share vision, new GenGold offerings, and possible engagement Existing: Share expanded vision, offerings and partnership serving families All: as the simple question……Do you know anyone that might help us?
