Janice Stone Thomas won 2nd place in the category of Large Bath in the National Kitchen and Bath Association (2014 NKBA Design Competition). They also won the People’s Pick Award which was presented by HGTV for being one of the most repinned bathroom designers in the United States on Pinterest. The People’s Pick Award was a great surprise to Janice and her team.
Of course, Kerrie confessed that working on these shows is her not-sosecret guilty pleasure. She genuinely believes the Kerrie Kelly motto that “Everyone Deserves Great Design” and television is an amazing outlet for this designer’s passion. In fact, the television show experience has allowed her company to expand their flexibility, planning, and attitude in all they do.

WHAT DID PINNERS LOVE SO MUCH ABOUT STONEWOOD ?
Unlike many designers who simply take the eye level into consideration, Janice created a complex ceiling treatment which was barrel vaulted with cove lighting. Also, her luxurious design used a water feature that created an entire ambiance of relaxation. The feature was achieved by the recirculation of water that sheets over a concave curved wall on the outside of the shower area. Her work shows a true dedication to excellence alongside a high level of artistic freedom and creativity. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM STONEWOOD?
