Oswaldo “Wally” Torres: I oversee the Sales & Operations of six communities with over 2300 home sites in three states. My job duties include sales & marketing, budget preparation and financial accountability, project management, resident relations and resident retention. Jolie Gonzalez/Latin Times: From what you have shared with me, I know that you have made several very impressive changes/ improvements your property in Tampa. Please tell us about those changes… Oswaldo “Wally” Torres: At Village of Tampa we have added over 30 new homes during the last six months and just added another 30 and will be adding an additional 20 new homes during the next six months. We have completely renovated the basketball court, the
swimming pool, added a state of the art new playground and a new picnic area. Jolie Gonzalez/Latin Times: What separates YOUR property, from other similar properties? Oswaldo “Wally” Torres: In addition to being a gated community, we have great facilities such as a new playground and picnic area, basketball court, swimming pool and children’s pool, clubhouse, fitness center and a lake. Su próximo proyecto “Esta Semana con Raquel,” programa de análisis político semanal se divulgará a través de Tele Miami en todo el Estado de la Florida. Recientemente ha sido nombrada al Consejo Asesor de la Estación de Televisión Pública en Miami, WLRN.
