Pee Wee Sports Stars (3-5 yrs)

LARPD Staff RLCC Gym Introduces children to 6 different sports: Basketball, baseball, hockey, soccer, football and disc golf. Each day features a different sport with drills and fun games. Little sport stars acquire skills and knowledge to enjoy Age Day Time Session l Session ll Fee these sports. All equipment provided. Soccer Just for Kicks Soccer

(3-10 yrs) Harley Ludwig/J4K Staff Almond Park Instructional lessons help develop skills as well as emotional development required for soccer. Each session focuses on a particular aspect of the game using specifically designed activities. Sessions includes a warm-up, topic introduction, demonstrations, activities to learn, practice on a certain skill, recreational games, and a soccer match. Emphasis on learning and having fun. J4K puts the PLAY back into playing soccer.

Pre-K Soccer (3-4 yrs) Explore and learn fun skills with a soccer ball. Players learn skills to help eliminate the dreaded “bunch ball” while developing and learning group dynamics. Dribbling the ball, stopping, passing and social skills learned in this fun atmosphere. 8 classes.

K Soccer (4-5 yrs) With the expectation of having fun, participants learn to love soccer. Skills introduced and built upon, as well as, working on the team concept of soccer. Recreational games guide learning through play, and all those skills and drills worked on to begin to make the game and strategies of soccer come together for kindergarten-aged players. 8 classes.

Soccer K-1 (5-6 yrs) The real games begin…Children play and learn in a relaxed atmosphere where learning and growing are the goals. Players work their skills by utilizing a practice method of game play. Scrimmages part of each class. Goals are sportsmanship, fun and increased knowledge of soccer. 8 classes.

Soccer 2-4 (7-10 yrs) Emphasis on putting it all together. Learn the “how and why” of the plays of the game as the team works through scrimmages and game situations. Defensive and offensive tactics and strategies practiced in small-sided games. Emphasis on fun and learning rather than on winning or keeping score. Individual and team skills equally important. Expectations of each position in a small-sided game format explained and developed. 8 classes.
