ROSEMARY POTATO GOAT CHEESE PIZZA -1 lb whole wheat pizza dough -3 cloves crushed garlic -2 c. crumbled goat cheese

- 1/4 c. olive oil -4 potatoes -8 sprigs fresh rosemary

1. Sprinkle flour on counter & roll out pizza dough into desired shape with rolling pin. 2. Boil potatoes on stove top for 20 min, when fully cooked, wait till cool and cut into thin slices. 3. Spread out olive oil over dough & sprinkle garlic. 4. Layer potato slices, sprinkle goat cheese & rosemary sprigs. 3. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes.
