tough finish for Allen, who has signed to play football at Eastern Michigan this fall. Allen ran the 100 in 10.4 seconds during his junior season, but only 10.7 at his best this spring while also battling an injured Achilles tendon. Allen finished second in the 100 at last year’s Honor Roll Meet, to DeWitt thensenior Ross Parsons.
