JAZZI MAKE-UP TIPS

“IT’s A PRIDE TO WEAR RAINBOW EYES” Interviewer: What made you start with make-up? Jazzi: As a child I use to watch my mom apply make-up and waited until I was of age to put some on. Since 2008 I discovered the beauty of makeup and realize that makeup does not only change the way people look but also how they feel. I then started to study, watch videos, also started to do other people make up. At that moment I said to myself that I have to open up a Makeup business to help other look and feel good for their events. Interviewer: Why do you love make up

Make-up Artist Jasmine Perez .

Jazzi: I love doing makeup because it's my form of art. I love sitting in front of my vanity and figuring out what expression of my art form would i like to create today. I love teaching other women how easy it is to walk out of your house looking fabulous and not having to spend tons of time or money doing so

Join Jazzi Make-up tip

Interviewer: Given a chance, what Hollywood artist would you dream of working with? Jazzi: WOW! What celebrity would i love to apply makeup on? There's just so many, but if i can only choose one i would have to say Angelina Jolie. She has natural beauty but boy would i love to get her in some bright and bold colors. Interviewer: What one make up should every female have? Jazzi: One makeup that is a must have for myself would have to be an eyebrow pencil and eyebrow powder. Your eyebrows are what frame your face. You can't have a beautiful well done makeup look and un-kept eyebrows, honestly it will not work. If i leave my house and only have time to do one thing i would always do my eyebrows Interviewer: Is there any tips that you can give us? Jazzi: One tip i can suggest would be to always apply your makeup in front of a window because you always want the best light. If you’re going to applying makeup at night use the brightest bulbs near your vanity to get the best and truest brightness. Remember this rule and your makeup will always be fool proof... A little makeup goes a long way. Meaning just cover up what needs covering, Makeup should be a way to enhance ones natural beauty. Click here to buy item needed

The top tax rates on capital gains and dividends will jump from 15% to 18.8%. The 3.8% surtax on unearned income (income earned through interest, rents, dividends, annuities, royalties, etc.) will only fall on the wealthiest two percent: households making at least $250,000, or individuals making more than $200,000. The 3.8% surtax is a big adjustment, but the current 15% tax rate is the lowest it’s been since World War II. If Congress allows the 2003 Bush tax rates to expire, the top rate on capital gains will rise to 23.8%, and the top rate on dividends will leap to 43.4% A new tax will charge the wealthy to help pay for Medicare’s hospital insurance. There will be an additional 0.9% tax on earned income in excess of $250,000 for families and $200,000 for individuals to help pay for Medicare Part A, which covers hospital stays, nursing facilities, and hospice care. In addition to the 3.8% surtax, the hospital insurance tax will raise $20.5 billion in new revenue next year, and $210 billion over the next seven.

New taxes for Americans coming in 2013 A whole new slew of taxes are expected to be imposed starting January 1 to help pay for the health care plan, and that isn’t sitting pretty with some highincome households, or even the medical industry

THINGS THAT WOMEN NEED TO WATCH FOR ON ONLINE DATING Some say you should never judge a book by its cover. I beg to differ. When it comes to online dating, you have to judge a book by its cover. After all, you don't want to end up spending a long date with a total dud. When you're on Match.com, eHarmony.com, Yahoo Personals, it's easy to size a guy up by what he says in his profile, his available pictures and what he says if he emails you. Don't know what the warning signs are? Read on for what to watch out for when online dating:

HIS PICTURES: Some red flags come to mind if the guy in question only posts one or two pictures. And if those images are segmented -- like you only see his head and neck, for instance -- something is up. In this day and age, everyone should have a viable digital camera. There are no excuses for not posting full body shots (or at the very least, the upper body). If he's not showing you all of him, he may be hiding something or at least insecure about his frame.

THE TIMELINE Okay, so there are four or five great pictures of him on his profile. You think, score! Not quite, ladies. Imagine that these four or five "great" pictures were taken of him 10 years ago when he was at his college prime. Now, he could be a victim of male pattern baldness, have gained 100 pounds and has aged more than you know. This is not to say you judge everyone's pictures as such. But before you meet a guy, politely ask him when his photos were taken.

“HEY, BEAUTIFUL If those words weren't a red flag to you before, listen up. Yes, it's flattery at its best. But if a man who barely knows you just said that, consider that he may be saying it to other girls. In my experience, men who are quick to call you a pet name, is so comfortable with doing that because he, in fact, does it all the time. His "hey, beautiful" habits may be shared with plenty of other women. Do you want a guy who is spreading the love like that? Probably not.

QUICK TO DATE Some guys are clearly screening for a wife on some of these dating sites. Okay, that's fine, but it's important for you not to get swept up in that. Instead, take your time and find someone who's absolutely perfect for you. I don't care if you're in a rush, too. It's better to be safe than sorry. Before you go out with a guy, employ your own screening process -- ask him questions that are important to you, figure out what he's looking for, and realize that he's a "good egg." There are a lot of bad ones out there, but if you don't e-mail back and forth, chat online or talk on the phone beforehand, you may just end up being disappointed date after date. Choose wisely, ladies!
