150 top local artists, notes Erin Budde of stl250. “They tell a wonderful story about our history, present day and where we might be going.” Residents can grab their smartphones, download the Cakeway to the West app to be released Feb. 14 and scan the QR codes on as many cakes as they can to earn points toward chances to win a variety of prizes to be drawn later this year.
