‘‘

Without the care and support of Bridge House, my husband would not be here today. I can’t thank the staff enough.

‘‘

Thank you for the support and care you have given to our daughter. The change in her mental health and general physical wellbeing is amazing. She is a different person. She still has a way to go on her journey but I have no doubt, with the kick-start you have given her, she will succeed. The team showed nothing but professionalism, kindness and support to both her and myself. Without your help, I am not sure she (or we) would have survived for much longer. She had reached rock bottom. She is now climbing the ladder…

‘‘

We felt privileged to be invited by patients to a therapeutic group, facilitated by a carer volunteer. The group was outstanding and very effective in enabling patients to disclose personal and emotional information, which they said provided “a turning point” in their recovery journeys. Our specialist advisor called the group “remarkable and a therapeutic asset for Bridge House.”

I loved group therapy and time to reflect on my own.
