Emily Catherine Jeter Houston, Texas emily.catherine.jeter@gmail.com Jordan Allison Houston, Texas Jordan.p.allison@gmail.com Pierce Bush is leading a campaign at Big Brothers Big Sisters to double the number of kids served in Houston. Kirby Carlberg recently moved to Austin, Texas after living in NYC for four and half years. She was able to transfer to the Austin office of the

same company, R/GA Digital, that she was working for in New York. Kirby is a visual designer and works on the L’Oreal, Capital One and Beats by Dre headphones campaigns. She is really excited that R/GA Austin just won the business for Livestrong. Emily Hoppe Connelly and her husband Brody moved from Atlanta, Georgia to Sao Paulo, Brazil this past January for the adventure of a lifetime! Emily is currently teaching fifth grade at an American school while Brody completes his international rotation at KPMG. Emily and Brody traveled to Rio de Janiero for Carnaval and plan to travel around Brazil and South America before their two years in Brazil end. Whitney Deason just finished her final year of law school at The University of Texas and graduated at the end of May. She has loved living in Austin and plans to stay there after graduation. Allison Monteith Evans and her husband Will have moved to Austin where they both are pursuing their own businesses. Will is in the tech industry and Allison continues to manufacture and sell Branch Basics, a non-toxic soap concentrate, online and in retail stores. Kevin Falik is finishing up his third year in Memphis as the Program Director for BBYO. He recently got promoted to overseeing over 1,000 teens and fundraising for the organization

as the Regional Director. Kevin also just finished graduate school where he received an MBA from Indiana University. Kevin got engaged last August to Andrea Kirshner, and they will be getting married on August 17th at the Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, GA. Kevin and Andrea will be moving to Nashville in June where they recently bought a house. Congratulations Kevin and Andrea on your engagement! Bailey Thomas Haidamous and her husband Simon welcomed their son Thomas on May 5. Bailey is a freelance video producer and Simon is a senior financial analyst at Halcon Resources. The family of three (plus their dog Hank) reside in Houston. Congratulations Bailey and Simon on your baby boy! Chuck Helms started a new job with Fuller Realty, a boutique real estate investment company, in Houston. He is excited about the next steps in his career. Chuck still enjoys running along the Buffalo Bayou and playing golf in his free time as well as the occasional karaoke bar. Anne Hoppe loves living in Austin, Texas where she is working at the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum Foundation. Candy Johnson will be starting her Ed.D at Teachers College, Columbia in the fall. David Leonard is in his second year

as a lawyer at Looper Reed & McGraw in Houston. He continues to enjoy married life, work, and living in Houston. Rice Lummis continues his work with MP2 Energy in The Woodlands. MP2 provides retail electric supply and demand response services to industrial energy consumers in Texas and Pennsylvania. Rice lives in a small house in The Heights and frequents the local bars and live music joints. He escapes to the mountains in Colorado and New Mexico a few times a year and also spends time at the family farm near Fayetteville Emily Hancock Mullins got engaged this past October to Westbrook Weaver. Emily and Westbrook will be getting married this December. Congratulations to Emily and Westbrook! Kimberly Heine Nettles graduated from the University of Houston in May with a Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders. This summer she will be joining the team at Ben Taub General Hospital and Quentin Mease Community Hospital as a speech-language pathologist. Meredith Pickett graduated from NYU with a Master’s in Public Administration this May and will start a new job in New York in June. She will be working for a foundation doing research and writing about the federal budget. Meredith is looking forward to not being in school and a summer in NYC!
