Kentwood International DSP Services provides an informative and comprehensive area orientation service to show all that area has to offer. Our professional agents offer in-depth knowledge of each local area, including parks, banks, supermarkets, schools and much more. We offer accompanied settling in services and viewings to different types of properties, advising on transport connections, clubs, restaurants and hospitals.

A key element to a successful relocation is a detailed area orientation and familiarization tour, so a transferee can quickly gain a deep insight into their new location

Our professional consultants offer in-depth knowledge of each local area, including banks, supermarkets, schools, parks, and much more. They offer virtual viewings to different types of properties, advising on transport connections, clubs, restaurants, and hospitals.

OUR AREA ORIENTATION INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING FEATURES:

• A call to identify each transferees priorities, preferred commuting time, property preferences, concerns, and knowledge level of a local area

• Extensive virtual local tour highlighting area transport options, travel times, social demographics, schooling facilities (where relevant), housing types and prices, and average rents

• A number of virtual viewings can also be arranged so the transferee can obtain a greater understanding of relative purchasing or rental values and housing options. Regardless of the language or composition of your relocation program, the primary goal of destination services is to transfer the burden of relocating to a new location from the transferring family to the employer or relocation firm. With all the varied stress triggers activated by relocation, often the uncertainties of the new destination are a major stress factor.
