This issue includes interviews with prof. Ewa Łętowska and with Natalia Moskal, both in Polish and English versions. You'll find out what opera and law have in common, how present-day women rights differ from those in the Polish People's Republic, and why one would start their own publishing house.
The starting point of the interviews was a meeting devoted to the biographical book of the recently deceased US Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg entitled "My Own Words". The Polish translation of this book was published in June 2021 by the Fame Art publishing house and is additionally provided with an introduction by Professor Ewa Łętowska. "Moimi słowami" is a collection of essays, interviews and quotes by Ginsburg, which allows us to understand the phenomenon of Ruth Bader Ginsburg better, who already during her lifetime became not only a symbol of the struggle for equality and social justice, but also a true pop culture icon.
Punktem wyjścia wywiadów było spotkanie poświęcone książce biograficznej zmarłej niedawno sędzi Sądu Najwyższego USA - Ruth Bader Ginsburg pt. „Moimi słowami”. Polskie tłumaczenie tej książki zostało wydane w czerwcu 2021 roku przez wydawnictwo Fame Art i jest dodatkowo opatrzone wstępem prof. Ewy Łętowskiej. “Moimi słowami” to zbiór esejów, wywiadów i cytatów sędzi Ginsburg, który pozwala lepiej zrozumieć fenomen Ruth Bader Ginsburg, która jeszcze za życia stała się nie tylko symbolem walki o równość i sprawiedliwość społeczną, lecz również prawdziwą ikoną popkultury.
