2013-14 dukes Kelsey Holmgaard Senior Breaststroke/Sprint Free Roanoke, Va./George Mason As a junior:

• Earned six All-CAA honors, including finishing in the top-three in three individual events • Won gold in the 200 breaststroke at the CAA Championships while setting a school record • Won gold in the 200 individual medley at the CAA Championships while setting a school record as the first JMU swimmer to break two minutes in the event • Set a JMU record in the 400 individual medley while finishing second at the CAA Championships • Earned All-CAA honors in the 200 freestyle relay after helping her team turn in the fourth-fastest time in school history while finishing third at the CAA Championships • Earned All-CAA honors in the 400 freestyle relay after helping her team set a school record while finishing second at the CAA Championships • Earned All-CAA honors in the 800 freestyle relay after helping her team set a school record while finishing second at the CAA Championships • Recorded 17 individual top-three finishes during dual meet competition, including 10 first-place showings

As a sophomore:

• CollegeSwimming.com Mid-Major All-America Honorable Mention • Two 1st place finishes in both 200 freestyle and 500 freestyle • Two 1st place finishes in 200 individual medley • Won 200 breaststroke (2:23.52) against West Virginia • Finished 6th at the CAA Championships in the 100 breaststroke (1:02.45) in the third-fastest career time in school history • Set the JMU all-time record in the 200 breaststroke (2:12.87) in a 2nd place finish at the CAA Championships
