Stanley joined the US Air Force three months after graduating from HPHS. He was active for six years in Texas, Oklahoma, Turkey, Saigon, Marquette (Michigan), and Fairfield (California). He was married in 1964 for 9 years and is now remarried since 1975 and going strong. He has lived in the Spokane area (God’s country) since 1966. Stanley worked for Kaiser Aluminum Corporation for 32 years, and he retired as a Network Engineer in 2001. He is enjoying retirement and volunteers here, there and everywhere. Stanley has two children: Brian (1977) and Beth (1980); and one grandchild (May 2011).

When Stanley was at HPHS, he thought he was a party animal. He was one of three that got caught imbibing on the DC senior trip in 1959. He became close friends with Luke Shannon after that. He worked at old HP Hi‐Fi Record Shop for a couple of years and had lots of fun times with Thespians and Mary Kay Fraser.

Billy graduated from Murray State University (Kentucky) in 1963. He served in U.S. Army from 1963‐1965 (1st Lieutenant); worked at General Electric from 1965‐1970 and at Hillerich and Bradsby Co. (Louisville Slugger Bats) from 1970‐2003. In his retirement, he plays golf and does volunteer work in Louisville. Billy was selected to the Highland Park Hall of Fame in 1990.

Billy has two children: son, David (1970), and daughter, Lee Anne (1975). One granddaughter, Brinn (6 months).
