Does the Bible Justifies Hanging No country has a great history to be proud of. It is undeniable that the standard of world countries is corrupted brought to lower rank. We have divided the world into many hierarchical units like continents, countries, states, districts, mandals and villages. The feelings of selfishness and revenge originated in an individual are pushing him to split the society on caste, religion and creed basis. This individual cannot control his own body but speaks idealistically and ruins the society. As devils recite scriptures, they say there is no caste and a religion difference, untouchability is a crime and all in the world are their brothers and sisters. I would bring before you an amazing thing here that a child will not get admission into a school if he / she does not fill in the columns of caste and religion. There is a great injustice prevailed in the world. In our country an Indian schedule caste if he is a Christian is not eligible for the concessions given by the government. If the same schedule caste person is a Hindu, atheist, Buddhist or a believer of any religion will be eligible for the privileges sanctioned by the government. We can see in the world map such countries. This has been spread like pest only because of the caste columns in the school admission and applications. This is being diffused as a wild fire and had taken world politics into its control and adopted divide and rule strategy. In this vast world being in India, I am not thinking as a citizen of India but as a citizen of world. As a God’s son I want to give a message to the world. I am living with an open attitude that on this dry land every human being who has life is called as God’s child and the blood of whole humanity is same. I do not have a narrow feeling that I am only an Indian and it is only this land is mine. But I feel that all the human beings on the earth are same and are clay dolls. Hence the population of 650 crores in the world has come from dust and goes back to dust fulfilling their unique missions on the earth. God has drawn boundary lines to both earth and the sky and in between are all the countries and are surviving on the mercy of god. There are instances in the history/ history reveals that man is destroyed on the very next minute he crosses those boundaries. Do not forget that this has been resulted in the world wars and many innocents are victimized. Apart from the loss of humanity this also results in starvations deaths, epidemics, drought etc. Is it not the exploitation of malicious leaders who are motivated by selfishness? Considering that the whole world is one we established UNO with an aim that safeguarding this land as the prime responsibility. But under the banner of UNO, without any fear, all the crimes and wars are being conducted. It should be noted we have destructive arms that can destroy our only green earth for hundred times. Man is crossing the fixed boundaries and declaring war against the other countries and in turn instigating enmity among people. Is it not a deception to usurp the land and making innocent people as part of great massacres? With his selfish motive of attaining power, man is dividing the countries into various regions. Those who are obsessed with evil goals are value the dust and useless ideals and forget their own fathers who gave them birth on this earth. Today Americans, Canadians or Indians sing their own distinct national anthems. They have been ignoring the truth that the land or the earth is one mass which gave them the birth. That one mass of land is being divided among them and named on their races. They fire regional feelings with different national anthems. Is this right doing so? It is so unfortunate that if God thought that those who live for God on the earth are blessed, these human beings think that they are blessed being born with in those particular boundaries
of their own land. Whenever I hear or see the political leaders addressing their people with those motives, I do not know whether to laugh or cry. Hence to bring among you awareness I have been keeping this essay before you. Man has forgotten the prime aim of God- to keep His entire beings one on the earth. Just as frogs in a well they draw boundaries around themselves and separate themselves with different colours of creed, region and language. They nourished strong enmity among themselves ultimately becoming root cause for destruction of humanity. The world countries and regions are suffering anguish with this pungent filth. In our country all the doctors, engineers, national leaders, from a professor to a lay man take an oath that ‘India is my country, all Indians are my brothers and sisters, but as soon as they take up their seats and assume power they start exploiting multitudes of innocents. The media comes out every day with many such examples with their criminal histories and unravel secrets about their excess income. From the beginning man has been bound to his selfish goals and scarred his live and ignored the Father, who gave the life on this earth. Man is not in allegiance with God. To continue his luxurious and laviscious life, he made abominable acts like one can have any number of marriages, can participate in prostitution, homo sexuality, abortions and uncontrollable sex – nothing is a crime or sin to this generation. It is startling that many countries are with such hateful degradable culture as acceptable law. In the name of development of civilization and modern man is making sins legal. This unsocial and unparliamentarily matters of modern man arise from his clay mind and pushing the dignified society into hateful activities. You know that much of the vulgarity is being imported by our country instead of hating that. If some people cover the naked body to be shameless, there are who shamelessly uncover their naked bodies. In the name of modeling some are eluding the masses. The members of the legislature who make laws themselves are the gloried producers of films on silver screen that spoil and ruin the society. Which law can punish them? It should not be forgotten that every one who is working in the judiciary are government servants. From police to army every official who is involved in the administration should abide by the rules of the government. It should be noted that recently in Utter Pradesh, people who have criminal background have become the leaders. This is a naked truth known through out India. If some have already had been in prison and some have been contesting from prison. You have to tell me that if people vote such criminals and give them the membership in legislative assembly, do people get justice or injustice. It is a grave mistake to consider every evil thought that sprouts form their minds as a great mission. According to Indian Penal code Chatterjee was hanged at 4 am. The point to be noted is that the previous day was his birthday. Man is incapable of giving life but he makes laws declaring that he is eligible to take away life. All the law makers make laws forgetting their own creator. Even when we think on humanitarian grounds, we feel it uncivilized to kill another human being. Can a single person on this earth say honestly that he did not do a single mistake? Man finds himself guilty at some place in his looks, actions, thoughts, words or manners. If you ask someone or friends or kith or kin what they are thinking, they say ‘nothing’. It is an open lie. Don’t you know this truth that it is scientifically found that the human brain is always on function and full of thoughts? If that is the case is it not wrong to say ‘nothing’? Infact the legislators, law makers, should keep in front of them God on one side and sinful acts that are being incessantly practiced
by humanity on the other while making laws. But we find our legislature and assembly meetings are full of arguments based on the selfish motives. This assembly which has a lengthy criminal background has the right in forming laws. Among these 650 crores of world population in this whirl pool of life everyone, some way in psychological or physical conditions by words, looks, thoughts or actions would be found guilty. When no one is guilt free, who has the right to punish others? It is only God, who is the embodiment of perfection, has the right to give sentence. Can one sinner punish another? Is it justifiable? When every human being has to stand in front of the God’s seat of justice, who has the right to give punishment to others? The Bible that superseded all sciences says …. If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. 10If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word has no place in our lives. 1 John 1:8-10 10
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that everyone may receive what is due them for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad. 2 Corinthians 5 The above references obviously declare that every one is blameworthy. From the president of India to the common citizen of India, for that matter every citizen in the world appears to be a sinner. It is the moral responsibility from parents to government to take strict precautions and see that this epidemic would not spread. Instead of that being lured by power and position in the society the political leaders are throwing currency notes for votes and destroying the society. Media is the prime witness for how the youth of today is terribly shattered in the guise of modern civilization. The authorities are changed, governments are changed and the constitutional laws are also changed. Yet the sin has been defused but not curbed. Man has lost the sanctity of his birth, as he grew he diverted the world to wrong route. The failure of not getting the society purified in spite of number of reforms lies on each and every one. The course contents in the text books should not be related to only one person’s life but they should be related to worst conditions of the society. And they should be taught where the problems actually arise. Apart from this, films are made with the themes of violence, bloodshed, vulgarity and propagating those to the audience. Who are those who aim at high returns and misguiding the innocence? The world leaders should see that the wrongs are controlled and prevented but they should not make laws to provoke them. The supreme judges who make the penal codes should read this book and become wise. If we were able to eradicate ‘injustice’ from the early generations, today there would not be no meaning to the word ‘justice’. Both police and law departments are taking care to punish injustice. If there is not any thing in the society there will not be the presence law and penal acts. Since man has been going wrong in every angle, so many acts have come into existence. The rate of crime is growing more in spite of these innumerable laws. The most surprising in the process is that there is no punishment mentioned for the modern crimes being committed and there are loopholes in law encouraging them. Recent laws and acts had to be made for the cyber crimes made through internet. Punishment cannot
change the mindset but frightens the innocents. Being away from a crime out of fear is not a positive change but the real change is to hate crime. To bring this change parents and the world governments should do collaborative work and teach lessons. Is it possible? Here is a story. A Mother always praised her child for his robbed things and accepted them, but did not scold him. When he became notorious robber and on the day he was given the punishment, he wanted to speak with his mother. The cruel mother went to the son joyously expecting that his son would reveal about secret treasure and gave her ear to her son but the enraged son had bitten her ear confessing that if he had been warned what he was doing was wrong at the childhood it self he would not have been in such critical conditions of facing severe punishment now. He made her realize the truth. Is it not the same process going on in the society? The parents who are obsessed with and are more conscious of their earning are leaving their children for higher education but not enquiring and monitoring what they are doing, and where they are going. The children are left to the negligence of the parents. They are wandering on the roads even in late nights. Without any difference of male or female, in the name of friendship they move around pubs and nightclubs and participate in sexual activities. They do not know the value of money given by their parents and spending it luxuriously. If their behaviour is questioned – they pose like animals in the zoo with half naked dresses and convince themselves merrily that it is symbol of modern civilization and fashion. Today’s cinema is a role model for them. Previously if a person is dressed half naked that is because of poverty and is considered shameful. But today’s youth wear the torn dresses as fashion. Companies are manufacturing clothes with mixed up colours and designs. As the saying goes that ‘as the king so are his subjects’, as the industry so is the youth. Women used to appear in full dresses appear like mothers. In the today’s dressing without any feeling of shame, they are dressing half –nakedly. Whose fault is that if erotic feelings are aroused in the minds of men who look at them? Is it not their parents? Is it not the one who wore that dress? Is it not that of the law that ignores them? When the MLA’s sons bring shame to the society being criminal, will the law take any action? Recently a criminal who was trapped and imprisoned for scandals and scams was taken in a royal procession on the back of an elephant after his release. Today as a ruler he sat in the parliament. Now tell me who can cure the degrading predicament of our society? Who can save the world’s system when the people with unlawful background hold power accompanied by their ministers and representatives? These people who are elected as representatives by people yielded themselves to power and forgot about the welfare of the society. Who will wipeout the malice in the society? It is a naked truth that great many humanitarians have advised and warned about the present predicament of the society to the governments. The law today is a cousin to the rich. The law that is implemented today for the poor is not applicable to the rich. In one word the world is an abode of sins. Every one submits himself to some sin on every moment. The one who is caught red handed is guilty; otherwise he is an innocent and roams around keeping head high. We are scared of snakes, scorpions or dogs that they may bite us. But we are not scared of man and to go near him because we do not imagine him like a biting scorpion or a snake. Man’s language, facial expression and dressing do not push us to negative thinking. A saying by our elders proves to be true today. A scorpion has poison in its string and a snake has in its month. But man has poison from top to toe. How can we change this poisoned man?
There is no answer for this question in any book in the world. There are no laboratories to experiment with it. For this reason the living standards in society are deteriorating day by day. Medicine is invented for the existing diseases and experiments are going on for new ones. The present sophistication is praised and efforts are made for further development. All the wants are being satisfied and humanity is habituated to live with more comfortable and luxurious life. If a need arises they are ready to make playgrounds ready on venues. Such an able and dexterous man who longs for unraveling the mysteries in the universe fails to read/ study his won mind. It is so unfortunate. It is natural on the earth for man to think that he is perfect amongst all. He is unable to realize that he could not control his own mind and is passing away his time being guilty of egocentricity. He values the external body very much. If he identifies any illness, he consults the doctor without any delay. He leaves a relieving sigh after undergoing medical tests and treatment on the advice of the doctor. He takes a precautionary care out of love for body and fear of death. He would not realize that it is his mind that has been suffering from ailment. He convinces himself with a satisfactory note that there is no medical treatment for that and even if there is, there is not a second person who is better than him. Having no medicine to his viciousness and growing with that day by day, man has become poisonous from top to toe. His mind and heart became numb as burnt skin becomes senseless. Hence he justifies his every crime. Who will make a surgery to this scarred mind? If the external organs have deformity or are ugly they can be rectified or repaired. But how can we operate a psychological deformity. Since there haven’t been remedies or solutions for these from the beginning man has become brutal. Charles Darwin who observed this said that man has come from an animal. As there is no medicine for psychological afflictions, man’s mind has become a dark godown. From that point on ward since man’s world is being ruled by darkness. Man has been involved in black marketing with black money. He had closed the eyes of the goddess of justice with black cloth and he wore black coat to have argument over justice or injustice. Is not the mind that is the root cause of all there? The whole world is dipped in darkness. To drive away this darkness which has been diffused from man’s mind to the end of the universes the treatment should commence at the point of mind itself. The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. Galatians 5:19-21 As a factory produces multiples of goods, in the same manner from the factory of man’s mind multiples of human destructive activities are being released. It is a mistake if we think that they are imported from another individual. Except the infants who are unaware of the world, from a boy to old ones have been importing heaps of huge destructive weapons into society. Countries like America are measuring the strength of enemy countries like Iran and Iraq sent spying satellites and pointing arrows over them. The internal official criminals in the country and their illegal earnings are being trapped by CBCID. The forensic department is capable to track the culprit with minimum clues like
his/ her hair and even with dust in the nails. But there is not any department that can track the thought process of man and study his behaviour. And man’s mind settled so high that it is not reachable to the science of psychology. The modern sciences and society lost hope of doing some thing over that but we should not loose hopes. If we once peep into the behaviour and the nature of human mind, there appears a ray of hope in psychotherapy. The LORD saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time. The LORD regretted that he had made human beings on the earth, and his heart was deeply troubled. Now the earth was corrupt in God's sight and was full of violence. God saw how corrupt the earth had become, for all the people on earth had corrupted their ways. Genesis 6:5,6,12 The above words are evidences to show that The father and creator is agonized when he saw the genealogy of he first man, Adam is replete with crime. Man’s thoughts are sinful since his childhood. God gave this judgment and destroyed the humanity with severe floods yet the is no repentance and they spread severe wickedness. Look at the following words. Before they had gone to bed, all the men from every part of the city of Sodom—both young and old—surrounded the house. They called to Lot, "Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us so that we can have sex with them." Genesis 19:4,5 As a result of the above said condition God poured brimstone and fire and the Sulpher rain from heaven destroyed every living species on the earth. When the present world is looked at we find identical society with such young and old, with sinful hearts. O keep an end to such wickedness god had planned for severe calamities in future and that is inscribed in the following references. By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed. By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the Day of Judgment and destruction of the ungodly. 2 Peter 3:6,7 If human race identifies the hidden danger that is approaching and clean their hearts they will be saved from it. Otherwise as per God’s universal penal code a complete destruction is sure. The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it? "I the LORD search the heart and examine the mind, to reward everyone according to their conduct, according to what their deeds deserve." Jeremiah 17:9,10
For from within, out of your hearts, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly. All these evils come from inside and defile you." Mark 7:21,22 Appearances are deceptive sometimes. People appear dignified but have wicked thoughts which no one can see. To a certain extent we can understand the righteousness /wickedness of an individual through his body language because body is the index of mind. After all these we need to realize that mind and heart of man are originating sources of any sin. The world’s humanity does not know when the cruel strategy of destroying America entered the mind of Binladen. The outer world learned this only when the idea took shape of an action with the loss of life and property. Taking this example we can reiterate that mind is the starting place of sin. The responsibility of a court is only to file an FIR over the caught pair in the prostitution. From there it is the judge who gives the judgemment whether one is guilty or innocent after attending to the cross arguments of the lawyers and witnesses. But God’s judgment starts not with the outer evidences and arguments but from the moment of the origin of wicked thought in the mind. It is to be observed here that the court or law punishes only when bodily crimes are proved but God’s punishment starts when the sinful idea begins at heart. "You have heard that it was said, 'You shall not commit adultery.' But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. Matthew 5:27,28. "I made a covenant with my eyes not to look lustfully at a virgin. For what is our lot from God above, our heritage from the Almighty on high? Job 31:1,2 Do not lust in your heart after her beauty or let her captivate you with her eyes. Proverbs 6:25 With eyes full of adultery, they never stop sinning; they seduce the unstable; they are experts in greed—an accursed brood! 2 Peter 2:14 Every sin starts from mind and slowly eats away the body and directs the world to inevitable decay. Do the researchers of Psychology, wise men of the world and the leaders of the countries know this? If they know this, they have the mind they should evade sin from childhood onwards by giving Bible lessons. But they fail to gain this because they try to change the mind when one grows up, with law, refill and power. You can bend one when it is a plant but when it grows as a tree man cannot bend it, but can only cut it. To establish a new society without sin, spirituality and knowledge of God should be part of curriculum in the schools and universities. A bird that eats seed of banyan tree excretes it on some wall or ground. At that stage the seed is unnoticed by the world. Will the seed remain quiet? A hair like root sprouts up. Even that is also not noticed by human eye. Gradually it grows like a big tree breaking the walls or ground where exactly it falls. Now it is big and wider than the naked eye. If we scrutinize and speculate over that, we can observe that the sin should be removed when it originates in the mind or it makes a man criminal. They are crores of psychological criminals, but only
a few are known outwardly to the world. Can the today’s law catch the criminals and punish them? Since it cannot do both, it has to go back to the childhood and teach about divinity and spirituality that can change the mind. Then divinity shines in humanity and closes the chapter of devilishness. Otherwise damage to human race is inevitable. Precautionary measures have to be taken to sharpen the mind in the right direction since childhood. If crime is attempted at that stage, a child is sent to child criminal jails implementing law. The law is speculating how to punish the one who does wrong, but not proposing measures to avoid such crimes. Is it not dangerous and most awful condition, if the world is full of crimes? Don’t you know that media is spoiling both young and old by transmitting vulgar dances and songs with special programmes like midnight spices? Is it not true that today’s media is run under the aegis of political leaders? Who will save the human race from this critical stands? When the whole race is intoxicated by crime and vulgarity it is impossible to clean the society only with law. Who gave the right to this inefficient law to punish? The teachers of law say that 100 guilty people may escape, but one innocent should not be punished. If that occurs, it is crime on the part law. If we come to the list of criminals in the world one question arises that, who is not guilty at his mind? The guilt takes its shape in the mind and implements itself there and next is executed by body. One spoils initially oneself and spoils the others. When suicide is a crime in the book of law, it is equally illegal to sentence someone with ‘hanging’ for killing others, is equally wrong. There is no one who understands; there is no one who seeks God. All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one." "Their throats are open graves; their tongues practice deceit." "The poison of vipers is on their lips." "Their mouths are full of cursing and bitterness." "Their feet are swift to shed blood; ruin and misery mark their ways, and the way of peace they do not know.” There is no fear of God before their eyes. "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Romans 3:11-18,23 Before I close I give you a grave truth. When every member on this earth is a ‘sinner’ is it right to one to punish another in the name of law? Romans 2:1-3. We come to know from the above words that one has no right to punish others and take their lives, when he himself is a ‘sinner’ and did not give their life. When a judge announces death sentence to criminal, courts may act firm and affirms it is the law that is punishing not he. Before hanging a person, the jailor, doctor and magistrate proclaims that they are only tools in implementing the government’s orders. The talwar who hangs the criminal confesses that he has no enmity with the criminal but performs the act as he is a government servant and has to abide by law. On the whole one joins their hands to kill him. Long back one said that the crime not his but of the hunger. The persons above mentioned all are guiltless. If all are innocents who are the guilty in hanging a person. On whom the crime of murder has to be laid? Who made the law that kills the others? You just think on behalf of the person who is hanged in the name of law. Who has to be punished in such cases? According to law murder is a crime and killing that murderer is right. Now whose life has to be taken for hanging the murderer? This is the dilemma in
the world. Read carefully from this point onwards. If all are innocents, from the judge to the talwar, we have to punish the one who made the law. In other words we have to punish the legislature that made law. If we go still further we need to punish the people, who sent their representatives to the legislature. My Dear Ones, The Bible says the people who voted are to be punished. When do those innocent masses know that they have done a grievous mistake by voting. For this reason I do not vote.
