Invitation

Join us on the next step of our journey to promote AV and systems integration‌

Take the ISE Train!

Integrated Systems Events presents The ISE Train – an evolution of our successful ‘Roadshow’ concept that allows companies to reach new markets at an affordable price, with a manageable time commitment and the bare minimum of fuss.

Why The ISE Train?

What will The ISE Train consist of?

Taking exhibits, meeting spaces and training opportunities ‘on the rails’ gives us the chance to reach out to new kinds of customer that may not have yet attended our flagship ISE event in Amsterdam. Our target groups will include: • Smaller AV installation companies • IT service providers • Electrical contractors • Lighting and HVAC specialists • Architects and interior designers • Facilities managers from end-user companies

In partnership with Deutsche Bahn AG, we are pleased to offer a range of different onboard facilities: • ‘Exhibition Car’ featuring standard shell schemes of 2,40m x 2m (including an aisle of 80cm). These can be combined together to form longer stands if desired. • ‘Meeting Room Car’ comprising small rooms for private meetings of between two and six persons. • ‘Conference Room Car’ of open design which can be arranged boardroom style for product presentations to larger groups. • ‘Club Car’ offering bar and kitchen facilities and a capacity of 50-70 persons, for networking and entertaining.

All products, demo equipment and other marketing collateral remain on the Train throughout its journey, meaning that exhibitors do not need to set up, break down and ship from location to location.

Why is The ISE Train touring Germany? Now widely recognised as the largest single market for professional AV and electronic systems integration in Europe, Germany is home to hundreds of thousands of fully qualified engineers and technicians working in the construction and technology sectors. In Q4 2010, Germany posted GDP growth of 0.4%, while in Q1 2011 (the latest quarter for which data have been published), that figure leapt up to a stunning 1.5%. These numbers make Germany not just the most dynamic economy in the European Union but also the fastest-growing economy anywhere in the western world. Educated, keen to embrace new technologies and with no shortage of projects in their pipelines, German design, construction and network professionals are the perfect audience for the ISE Train’s first journey.

working day. The Train will have its own platform specially allocated, keeping our event activity away from the regular comings and goings of the station.

How will the ISE Train’s journey be promoted? Integrated Systems Europe is rightly known for the power and sophistication of its marketing campaigns. The ISE Train will benefit from exactly these qualities. We will use a combination of extensive advertising in specialist Germanmarket trade publications, locally sourced native-language PR, and direct mail (both printed and online) to geographically focused lists to ensure that all our target groups are aware that the ISE Show Train will be visiting a station near them soon.

Each stand has a partition, a 32-inch screen on its back wall which you can feed with your own content, a literature rack, a desk and a barstool. The price also entitles your company to one private meeting compartment, and use of all the other train facilities. Overnight accommodation for staff and travel between venues is not included. However, participating companies will be able to take advantage of ISE’s own special group rate when they book hotel rooms as part of our allocation. Remember, the sooner you book, the more advantage you will be able to take of our marketing as we start to ‘spread the word’ about The ISE Train to our target groups in each city. We look forward to welcoming you onboard The ISE Train!
