SIGNIFICANT VETERINARY HISTORY:
15/02/2020 Mild right forelimb lameness. Radiographs revealed no significant changes. He was rested and rehabilitated. 24/04/2020 Developed a pleuropneumonia. He recovered with antimicrobial treatment and rest.
08/12/2020 Mild left forelimb lameness. Radiographs revealed no significant findings. He was rested and rehabilitated. 25/11/2021 Mild left forelimb lameness. Radiographic changes in knee.
27/12/2021 Marked right hindlimb lameness. Ultrasound confirmed a fracture of his iliac wing. Responded well to rest and rehabilitation.
05/04/2022 Left third eyelid squamous cell carcinoma mass removed. 10/11/2022 Acute mild left forelimb lameness that significantly improved the next day with no training. Mild radiographic changes seen in the fetlock and knee.
16/11/2022 - Examined at the trot and was reasonably level (no training since 10/11/2022).
VACCINATIONS:
Annual Hendra vaccination given 3/05/2022. Next vaccination is required within 12 months from this date.

(c) The Recipient covenants with Godolphin that it has had the Thoroughbred examined by such veterinarians or other agents of its choosing and that Godolphin shall have no responsibility whatsoever for same, and

The Recipient acknowledges that whilst Godolphin will take reasonable steps in the care of the Thoroughbred it shall not be liable for any loss, damage or claims of whatsoever nature or howsoever arising from injury, sickness, disease or death caused to or sustained by the Thoroughbred whilst under the care or control of Godolphin or its employees and agents.
