OUR SAUNAS Steam bath A visit in the steam bath is soothing for the entire body. It has a temperature of 45 °C, humidity is nearly 90 %. Aromatic scents free the respiratory system and the soft change of colours creates a relaxing atmosphere.
Bio sauna With a temperature of about 65 °C and 45 % humidity, the bio sauna is ideal for your first visit in a sauna. The mild heat has a purifying effect and stimulates blood circulation.

Finnish sauna The dry air reaches a temperature of about 90 °C in this most original type of sauna. The high temperature and the soothing ambiance allow your body and soul to relax and provide you with new energies.
Infusions An infusion is must for many wellness fans when visiting a sauna. Here, essential oils mixed with water is slowly poured on the hot sauna stones. The infusion water evaporates, humidity in the room quickly increases and seemingly hotter air is swirled in the sauna. Twice a week, our wellness team invites you to participate in very special infusions. The sauna and nude area is accessible for our guests from 14 years.

GOOD TO K NOW How to book a treatment Please book your wellness treatments before your arrival, so that you can be sure to receive your desired date and time. If you would like to change or cancel your booking, please let us know at least 24 hours before. Our reception or wellness team (available under the number 660) is at your disposal in case of questions and appointments.
Before the treatment Take some time for yourself! To enjoy your personal well-feeling time at the fullest, slip into your cuddly bathrobe and, please, go to the wellness area 10 minutes before the appointment. A warm shower or a visit in the sauna will be an ideal preparation.

After the treatment After a wellness treatment, you should enjoy the feeling of relaxation and allow yourself to rest at least for half an hour. Water and warm tea are soothing for the body too.
