Guaranteed Scholarships

To receive a Summer Honors Scholarship, candidates must have completed the Summer Honors Program at Indiana State University. Candidates also must have a cumulative high school grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. In addition, candidates must be full-time students who will be enrolled in 12 or more credit hours per semester at ISU.

1. Housing: $1,500 a year toward on-campus housing

Participation in Summer Honors must be noted on the application for admission.

21st Century Scholars Excellence and Book Voucher Award Award: on-campus housing Admission deadline: march 1 Renewable

1. Housing: standard on-campus housing portion of room and board 2. Book voucher: $500 3. Renewable for three additional years 4. Ten (10) awards available

The 21st Century Scholars Book Voucher Award will be received through the ISU bookstore; it is not a cash award. Scholarship recipients will be able to go to the bookstore and use their vouchers to purchase books.

Open to Indiana residents only Freshman applicants must meet 21st Century Scholars Program requirements designated by the State of Indiana and have a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average based on a 4.0 scale. In addition, applicants must be full-time students who will be enrolled in 12 or more credit hours per semester at ISU. The 21st Century Scholars Book Voucher Award will be received through the ISU bookstore; it is not a cash award. Scholarship recipients will be able to go to the bookstore and use their vouchers to purchase books.

Freshman applicants must meet 21st Century Scholars Program requirements designated by the State of Indiana and have a minimum 3.7 cumulative grade point average based on a 4.0 scale. Applicants also must have a minimum SAT score of 1050 (combined critical reading and math) or a minimum ACT score of 23 (composite). In addition, applicants must be full-time students who will be enrolled in 12 or more credit hours per semester at ISU. The University reserves the right to change scholarships, policies, and award amounts. The right to correct errors is also reserved.
