Illinois Student Scholarship

To receive this award, students must have enrolled in and earned at least a “C” in a College Challenge course offered through Indiana State University. Students also must meet the requirements for unconditional admission as a first-time freshman at ISU. In addition, students must be full-time students who will be enrolled in 12 or more credit hours per semester at ISU. Participation in College Challenge must be noted on the application for admission.

Hoosier Boys and Girls State Scholarship

Award: Special reduced fee (tuition) Renewable

4. Not open to distance-only or returning ISU students 5. All incoming freshmen will be automatically considered for this scholarship. No additional application is required. For consideration, candidates must reside in Illinois and have a cumulative high school grade point average of at least 2.75 on a 4.0 scale. In addition, candidates must be full-time students who will be enrolled in 12 or more credit hours per semester at ISU.

Incentive Scholarship

Award: $4,000 per year Admission deadline: June 1 Renewable

Award: $1,200 ONE-TIME AWARD Admission deadline: march 1

To be considered for this scholarship a student must successfully complete Hoosier Boys or Girls State during the summer and note this on his/her application, graduate from an accredited Indiana high school with a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale, and complete Core 40. In addition, students must be full-time students who will be enrolled in 12 or more credit hours per semester at ISU.

Participation in Hoosier Boys or Girls State must be noted on the application for admission.

The University reserves the right to change scholarships, policies, and award amounts. The right to correct errors is also reserved.
