Note from Editor: I am going to keep this brief, since we have a lot of events to review for this end of the semester newsletter. First things first, good luck on your finals! Be sure to study hard, take breaks and don’t forget to sleep. They will be over before you know it! We have a big break ahead of us, so use that time to rest, preform community service within your hometown and try something new! The break for older members is also a good time to apply for scholarships or jobs. Good luck! Benjamin Lane Circle K Editor.

Member Spotlight October’s member spotlight Lindsay Broderick!

This semester, our club unfortunately found ourselves in need of a new Secretary. We had a special election, and as she has done many times, Lindsay stepped up and helped us out, becoming our new Secretary. Lindsay has always been a great member, contributing many service hours and being an active member of club. Working behind the scenes, Lindsay has helped us gain more members and she has helped us connect as a group. She has really helped fill in where we needed her! Congratulations to Lindsay!

November’s Member Spotlight Billy Narvaez!

This November, a new member to the club, Billy Narvaez stepped up and started taking leadership positions. He helped us coordinate both Margaret’s House visits in November, and has been very active to club. He has shown a true dedication to events where we help children specifically, because of his love for kids. Billy always entertains us during club meetings, sometimes in very odd ways, however he is a great member to have. In his own ways he has continued to contribute to club, and he also stepped up when the time was right. Billy would probably like to mention that he loves ham. Congratulations to Billy!

Local Causes Dosomething.org: a good place to find projects and other service related ideas to raise awareness for many local and world causes Relay for life, the Salvation Army and American breast Cancer society are always good causes to look into, especially into the holiday season.
