A mysterious world, an aquatic and amniotic bubble. A stormy summer's day, bright with magnetic lightening, the horizon plunging into the ocean. Colors The range delves into the blue, and extends to an aqua green. Sea anemone pink is enhanced by inky blues and purples. Navy and brown darken the landscape. White soap bubbles refresh the saturated atmosphere.

Art Nouveau Inspired Art Nouveau provides the sinuous shapes that are worked as prints of intertwining ribbons, chains and leaves on pastel colored silk. Open latticework meandering over a bare shoulder shows the same influences of classic modern art. It is an organic, floral theme, sometimes with an almost surreal tinge. The hem of a skirt gains prominence with subtle color triangles, put together as a row of squares. Modern movements with rich ornamental detailing step into the collections for Fall 11-12, shaping things to come this upcoming season.
The Silk Road Courtesy of Printsource Asian ceramics and other artisan crafts influence this Direction which mixes traditions from China to turkey. Paisley is a motif of Indian and Persian origin, and when Combined into animal motifs, is made perfect for children!
Horse Play Courtesy of StyleSight With movies like Warhorse on the horizon, the equestrian world is making its mark on international design once again with tailored riding pieces as well as horse graphics for kids apparel and home. Frida Giannini, Gucci's creative director and a keen horsewoman, noted: "equestrian clothes are perfect; streamlined, functional and elegant." Her six essential riding items: "Tailored jackets, riding boots, white shirts, stretch-slim trousers, a great leather belt - and perfect posture."

LamanBlu™ debuted to rave reviews in 2009. LamanBlu™ derives its constant inspiration from "laman blou" which means "blue sea" in Papiamentu. "I remember the first time I went to the tiny Dutch islands in the southen Caribbean (where Papiamentu is spoken), I was expecting the verdant green you get on so many islands. Instead it all desert and scrub brush. I was actually a little disappointed at first. But as soon as I got into the water and saw the lush seascape, I was amazed! Beauty is everywhere, sometimes you just have to look," says Holli. It was while watching her children explore the world's wonders with the same fresh eyes, her vision to create LamanBlu™ was born.
