How Does It Work? It works on a protein inside our cells. This protein is crucial for the maintenance of healthy cells and once our bodies are injured or suffer from disease this protein stops working efficiently. PROPERTY MARKET SURGES AHEAD When a leading property portal recently declared that Cornwall was the most searched for location in the country, it came as little surprise to those of us working in the industry. March produced the most transactions across the UK for 15 years as a combination of the stamp duty holiday and the Covid situation which led many to question the suitability of their home and location. Those with long memories will think of the 2007 boom and the subsequent price falls in 2008, while those of us with even longer memories will recall the 1988 surge in prices that was followed by a property crash the next year. Is this a bubble about to burst? The experts are divided in their opinion. The optimistic ones say that interest rates are unlikely to rise dramatically and employment levels are good, two of the main elements of a stable property market. Others say the swift rise in prices is unsustainable and therefore a correction will be needed.
