The Mayor's Centennial Gala The Mayor's Centennial Gala, held on April 18 at the Silver Palms RV Resort, was a huge success. The turn out was great at the black-tie event and everyone appeared to enjoy the night of celebration. Many danced the night away to the music of Street Talk Orchestra. 1 Stop Party Shop catered the event and beautifully decorated the room. The City of Okeechobee Centennial Celebration committee did a wonderful job coordinating this event and they thank the Settler & Pioneer sponsors for helping to make it possible.
