A Fashionable Afternoon with the Chamber
On Saturday, Jan. 26, the Chamber of Commerce of Okeechobee County presented their second annual fashion show at the KOA Convention Center in Okeechobee. Opening the show were models wearing the designs of Sabre Mochachino, owner and designer of Mochachino L.A. | N.Y. Sabre founded the boutique label, Mochachino: Los Angeles | New York and forged it into a prototype brand for most of his ground breaking ideas. For 20 consecutive seasons, Sabre has continuously delivered product that personified a luxurious experimentally chic lifestyle. Over 50 local models walked the runway, not only modeling the fashion of Mochachino, but also clothing from 14 local small businesses. Prior to the fashion show, local retailers were also set-up, selling clothing, jewelry and accessories. The show's theme was "Enchanted Forest" and the venue was beautifully decorated and featured many lovely faries helping the guests and models. The Okeechobee Ballet Company entertained at intermission.
