Listen to music and diary extracts, the sounds that set the scene of a busy Guild celebration, whilst you discover the stories of the historic costumes and the people who wore them. Look out for Guild memories from proud Prestonians.

Moments that Matter Lubaina Himid Until 3 November Thousands of people in the North West have been involved in projects connected with the London 2012 Olympics. The impact of this participation has been very significant and the memories will last for years for many people. This archive project by international artist, Lubaina Himid visualises 50 of their stories in a series called Moments that Matter. Each of the 50 Trophy Cups painted on paper is individually made using the unique words and descriptions shared by participants with the artist. Look out for the Moments that Matter banners in the windows of city centre shops and online at nwfor2012.com/momentsthatmatter.
