I find this cover interesting as it a simple picture and doesn’t have loads of writing going on that distract from the main image. The only writing is the masterhead.
I like this as the contrast within the picture is very subtle and not harsh. Also is like that the picture is sharp and the main image is in focus but the background is not. Plus there isn’t that much writing.
As the magazine states, I like the layout of the cover becauseof the elegance. It has nice contrast between black and white and the masterhead in the gold makes it stand out and draw the attention of the audience to remember its name.
