In order that as many GWPCA members as possible be encouraged to plan for the 1999 Nationals, please note that no Field Trials or Specialties will be approved while theNationals are being held in Wisconsin from October 8th till completion. Also, if you have an officer of the GWPCA (other than the Secretary) approve a Field Trial or Specialty, please let me know.
