Each of us is seeking the goodness we want for our lives in the best way that we know how. By understaning our own actions, and the actions of others, from this perspective, we realize that the suffering we all experience in life comes not from a desire to hurt, but from a deep, shared desire for goodness. In this five week course, you will learn to see the challenges of your life with greater clarity and compassion and discover practical ways to better fulfill your best intentions for living. This empowers us to move beyond the judgments and defenses that separate us, and to open our hearts again to ourselves, our relationships, our society and our world. Come learn to see beyond the illusions that separate us and to recognize the common instinct for goodness at work in every relationship and situation in our lives. Emotional Release for Inner Peace Monday (1 Session) Cost:

Inner peace is impossible to maintain while we still hold on to the very feelings and beliefs that keep us from being peaceful to begin with. Trapped negative emotions like fear, anger and sorrow can disrupt the flow of vital energy in our bodies and actually sabotage our inner peace. In this single evening course, you will learn simple yet effective techniques for getting in touch with, understanding, accepting and releasing the emotions that keep us from ourselves. Nobody wants to suffer. Come learn to rest in the peaceful state of loving acceptance that is our true nature.

Swim to Stay Fit (Adults Only) This is a planned activity to encourage individuals to swim regularly. The activity is not a race, a marathon, not competitive, or an endurance contest. Its goal is to improve the physical fitness of the swimmer over a period of time. Each individual should swim as many lengths of the pool as possible. Registration may be done by mail – 12 swimmer limit per class. Parent & Child Aquatics (9 mos. – 3 yrs.) An adult is required to accompany each child in the water and participate in every class. You and your child will learn to feel comfortable in the water, submerge and explore breath control, explore floating on the back and front, change body position in the water, play safely in the water, and experience wearing a life jacket. Preschool Aquatics (ages 4 & 5) Preschool Aquatics puts the “fun” in fundamentals. Each class is loaded with enjoyable, engaging, and challenging activities that motivate children to want to perform and learn to swim. Parents are not permitted in the pool but the child may wear a flotation device. Progressive/layered swim aid may be ordered at registration for $10.00. LEVEL 1 – Introduction to Water Skills Helps students feel comfortable in the water. LEVEL 4 – Stroke Improvement Develops confidence in the skills and improves other aquatic skills.
