Playing host for the big game? Here is a great bean dip recipe to cover you from kick-off to the end zone. Served hot from the oven and made with a scrumptious amount of cheese and salsa, Mexican spices and refried beans, this lively dish is super easy to make and super delicious to eat!

Cheesy Bean Dip

• 8 ounces shredded Mexican blend or cheddar-jack cheese • 16-ounce can refried beans • ½ cup salsa

• ½ cup sour cream • 4 ounces cream cheese • 1 tablespoon chili powder • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin

1. Set aside ½ cup of cheese; combine remaining ingredients thoroughly. 2. Transfer to a 1 ½ or 2 quart baking dish; bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until heated through. 3. S prinkle reserved cheese over dip and bake for an additional 4 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted. 4. Garnish as desired and serve with tortilla chips.
