Ribbon Ambassador Debbie of the Month: Gill Cuttings

I have been a real estate agent for 15 years and enjoy helping people and love a challenge so the real estate business is a good fit for me. I’ve been an entrepreneur/business owner most of my life. Previously I was in HVAC and construction business for 24 years. I pride myself on the level of customer service I provide my clients. It’s important to have an experienced agent that understands and follows market trends and stays up to date on market statistics and training. Knowing how to price your home for top dollar, getting it ready to show and sell quickly is my goal for my selling clients. Negotiations are one of my strongest skills besides my attention to detail. It’s important to be able to get my buyers the home they want in the time frame they need it. Let us help you make your next move. I’ll take you HOME.
