The new MLA continues the traditions embodied in the previous agreement with improvements and changes such as, but not limited to: the Rental Pool Owner’s share of room revenue will increase for adjusted gross revenues (after expenses) above $10 million; an increase in owner occupancy permitted during in-season, permanent owner coupon program, and Guest of Owner staying in the Owner’s Unit reserved for Owner Occupancy is entitled to play golf at guest of owner rates, plus enjoy all other owner privileges and discounts, even if the owner is not present.
