Filipino Cooking Yields Unbelievably Good Food With continued record breaking heat in Broken Arrow and the rest of the state, it's important to fix meals that will satisfy the family without over-taxing the air conditioner and heating up the house. This wonderful orange chicken is a delicious meal that the whole family will love. Succulent chicken thighs are browned and then simmered in a yummy, but not overly sweet orange sauce. Served over rice and garnished with green onions and parsley, this bird looks as wonderful as it tastes.
