with the different phases of construction." In terms of preparing, the Osage Chamber of Commerce is currently in the process of publishing a community directory of businesses and services which will be given to new workers coming to town. Osage Chamber Director Wendy Heuton said construction management officials would like to see extended hours, not only in the food industry, but other services as well such as pharmacies, banks, retail stores, repair shops, grocery and convenience stores. Other needs may include hired laundry services and on-site meal service. "We think traffic will really pick up in town during the construction," said Heuton. "Our local businesses are ready to step up to meet these needs and we look forward to all the extra activity." As for housing, a database of available housing has been created by the Mitchell County Economic Corporation
