Harmonising data from the Brazilian Household Income Survey Data (POF is the Portuguese Acronym) with the standards adopted by the United Nations Statistics Division for the Classification of Individual Consumption According to Purpose - COICOP The Footprint Calculations based on constructing the Land Use and Consumption Matrix has made us of the United Nations Statistic Divisions scheme for classifying individual consumption according to purpose, the COICOP. To ensure full alignment of the Brazilian data with the international standard we have grouped the many items and sub-items according to the following table:
