Go Travelling Together Dear Group Leader, Well here we are in 2018, we’re having a great year here so far working with lot’s of lovely existing group leaders and also welcoming some new ones to Glenton Palmer. I just wanted to remind you that it’s never too late to plan a getaway, we’ve some fabulous holidays up and running throughout the year and should you book even as little as ten people you will still receive a free place! Or perhaps you’re looking to organise your own dedicated tour later in the year, I’ve included a few new ideas which may tempt you. Tenby was established as a fortified town by the Normans and much of its old walls remain, enclosing the medieval settlement and its maze of narrow alleyways in a secluded old world cocoon. You’ll be staying at the superb Cliff Norton Hotel, located overlooking the golden sands of North Bay. Our delightful itinerary takes in Carmarthen & Aberglasny House & Gardens as well as Pembroke & St Davids. Our six day tour also features visits to Saundersfoot & Picton Castle.

Whitby & Tea at Magpie Making a short stop in Thornton-le-Dale before continuing to Whitby. After some free time, We take our seats in the Magpie Café for a delicious fish & chip two course tea.
We begin in Bakewell, famous for it’s delicious pudding! Afterwards we head to Chatsworth House for a tour of the house. Our final stop is for a delicious Afternoon Tea, at the four star Tankersley Manor Hotel.
