Tour Designers – team – Expert and thorough, they organise all services and logistics, including overnight stays. – Knowledge of the territory comes second nature to tour designers, who also study and scout in advance all Girolibero itineraries.

Bookings and Assistance Department – team – Girolibero’s multilingual bookings office will help you find the perfect ready-to-go holiday or customise an existing tour. – Our Customer Hotline and Care service is there to help you seven days a week with any emergency or tour-related issue.

Mechanics – team – Girolibero’s chain gang of professional mechanics revises and tunes up the bikes deployed on tours, on a weekly basis. – In winter all 2,200 bikes come back into Girolibero’s workshop for a complete overhaul.

A h e a d o f Yo u Tour Leaders – team – Their job is to do what it says on the can: Lead Tours. – Handpicked, professional and thoroughly trained, Tour Leaders also attend a special Girolibero training weekend every year. – They will be familiar with all things local, from the people and their culture to the terrain and the sites, and they’re there to make your experience as rich and enjoyable as possible.

Crew – team – Crew members aboard the Ave Maria, Vita Pugna, Caprice and L’Estello are selected and trained by Girolibero. – Whilst professional and efficient, they soon become your travel buddies too, welcoming you on board and sharing the family atmosphere that comes natural on a Girolibero barge.
