Josie Badger of Pittsburgh, PA has been named the 2011 Ms. Wheelchair Pennsylvania. As Ms. Wheelchair Pennsylvania, Badger will have the responsibility of sharing disability awareness throughout the state and representing Pennsylvania at the 2012 Ms. Wheelchair America pageant.
