Get revved up for Ty-Rods Spring All Automotive Swap Meet The annual Ty-Rods Spring All Automotive Swap Meet is scheduled for 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, April 14, at Stafford Motor Speedway. There will be acres of auto parts and other finds. Vendor space is available; contact Ty-Rods at 860649-3697 or on their Facebook page Ty-Rods Auto Club of Connecticut. General Admision is $10 + $1 state tax. Vendor spaces are $50. Car Corral is $30 per vehicle.

Lake Compounce gears up for swap meet
Cruisin’ Mt. Carmel back for another trip around the block
Cruisin’ Mt. Carmel, sponsored by Trantolo & Trantolo, returns for another season beginning Thursday, April 25. The event will take place every Thursday at 93 Park Ave., Enfield, from 5-8 p.m. Use the Charles Street entrance located off Elm Street (Route 220) There will be a DJ, and food and beverages will be served. There is a weekly car award. Admission is free.
The 50th annual Spring Swap Meet will once again be held at the Lake Compounce parking lot in Bristol from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, April 28. Vendor spots are $40. Admission: $10 per spectator, children under 12 free.
