Acerca de la compatibilidad entre la Constitución de 1812 y los Fueros: el caso de Navarra

En este artículo se analiza el tema de la compatibilidad entre la Constitución de 1812 y los Fueros, centrándose en especial en el caso navarro. Se profundiza en la cuestión de la promulgación y el juramento de la Constitución por parte de las instituciones forales, así como en la de la adecuación de las instituciones forales a los parámetros constitucionales. 1812ko Konstituzioaren eta Foruen arteko bateragarritasunaren gaia aztertzen da artikulu honetan, Nafarroaren kasua aztergai duela bereziki. Foru-erakundeek Konstituzioa promulgatu eta zin egin izanaren gaia sakontzen du, eta foru-erakunde horiek Konstituzio-parametroekiko izandako egokitzapena. This article analyses the compatibility between the Spanish Constitution of 1812 and the Basque legal code or "Fueros", focusing mainly on Navarre. The article offers an in-depth look at the enactment and oath to the Constitution by Basque institutions, and at the degree to which these institutions adapted to the parameters of the Constitution.
