The free online magazine service, Zinio, offers the exact same full-color material you get in print (including advertisements), plus other useful features like an interactive table of contents so you can quickly jump to a particular article within a magazine. have a current JBLM Library account and a PIN for accessing the library’s online resources. Both can be obtained by stopping by a JBLM library. Once those are established, it’s as simple as creating a Zinio account and registering for the magazines you want to read. The library provides helpful handouts that include FAQs regarding specific instructions for certain devices.
