Did you know that Email and other social media applications can get you fired? Did you know that what you say in an Email, a text from your phone or on your Facebook page creates a permanent record that can be used in court cases? Did you know that there’s no such thing as Delete and that a record can always be retrieved? In this 3 hour class, you will investigate real life case studies of electronic documentation that has caused people to lose their jobs. Ergonomics and Accident Investigation (12 Hrs)

The first half of this 12 hour course will focus on Ergonomics in the workplace along with identifying risk factors and how to engineer and implement controls. In addition, the second half of this class will focus on Accident Investigation in the workplace and how to teach employees to deal with accidents and other situations when they arise in conjunction with the importance of following through with proper documentation.
