Giving Thanks

November 2015 Newsletter

This month is all about remembering the good in our lives and being thankful for what we currently have before we spend December accumulating even more. While saying that we are thankful is beneficial, it is more meaningful if we actually show our gratitude. Here are some fun ways to express your appreciation to your family and friends: 

Pay for the coffee of the person behind you in line

Volunteer your time in the community

Handwrite and mail an actual letter

Bake treats and give them away

Take someone to lunch or dinner

Give flowers or candy

Remember that we all have something and/or someone to be thankful for and I encourage you to share that appreciation in your own special way.
