Being the first newsletter of 2016, we hope everyone enjoyed a safe and merry holiday season. Legal Aid ASFLC sponsors an attorney to visit campus and provide legal aid to students on a first-come, first-served basis. This service is paid for via student fees and is available to any registered FLC student.

ASFLC legal aid service provides current students with legal consultation and legal advice; it is not intended, under any circumstances, to provide a legal . Interested in making a difference on campus? WellPAC (Wellness Peer Advisory Council) is the registered student organization on campus that puts on health & wellness programming. Our approach is humanistic, meaning we strive to meet people where they are at. Come check us out every Wednesday from 5-6pm in the Cascade Room. Ten WellPAC members are now officially Certified Peer Educators! They completed national training that helps them best serve FLC students through health and wellness programming and passed exams to become certified!

We’ve trained at least 90 individuals to be Active Bystanders!! This includes students, staff, faculty and community members! We are excited about our increasing collaborations in the community with organizations like the Celebrating Healthy Communities Coalition.
