The business is a one-stop entertainment shop that offers an enormous two-level 1,600-square-foot play area, arcade games and a 1,200-square-foot modern laser tag area.

In order to ensure security, The Fun Factory is equipped with a locking security gate and a stamp system to make sure no child leaves with an adult that is not their parent or guardian; matching stamps are required to leave. With a socks-only rule, The Fun Factory maintains the cleanliness of the facility. There are separate play areas for different age groups which helps to ensure that there are no injuries to younger children.
