CHANNEL CROSSING IN UNDER 13 HOURS Harry Middleton, partner at Fine & Country Chiswick, embarked on tremendous undertaking of swimming across the English Channel in June 2023, with the aim of raising substantial funds for two charitable organisations close to his heart: Make-A-Wish and The Fine & Country with a history in competitive swimming, Middleton completed the dangerous solo crossing in 12 hours 46 minutes, raising almost £3,000 EAST MIDLANDS TOUGH MUDDER Associates from the Fine & Country network came together in June to partake in the East Midlands Tough Mudder event, a 5km course with 13 gruelling obstacles, all in the name of charity. This messy fundraiser achieved the team’s JustGiving target, and then some, raising £600 for charity! CAROLS BY CANDLELIGHT The festive concert, with music and readings in beautiful surroundings, £21,000 was donated to Emmaus Cambridge, Jimmy’s Cambridge, Wintercomfort and Cambridge Cyrenians, all offering vital services to homeless people across the Cambridgeshire region. 51 CHARITIES RECEIVED GRANTS IN 2023 THE HOPE CENTRE, NORTHAMPTON Awarded £1,000, Northampton Hope helps those who are experiencing problems of disadvantage and marginalisation. The grant from Fine & Country assisted in providing practical support in times of homelessness, addiction and hardship. CAMBRIDGE WOMEN’S AID Cambridge Women’s Aid provide safe accommodation and practical support for women and children who are escaping domestic abuse. Their grant will fund robust, easy to clean flooring, decoration and new furniture for their clients’ accommodation. JULIAN HOUSE, SOUTH WEST ENGLAND The Meeting Room helps clients of all backgrounds and ages, focusing on providing meaningful support to those with issues that include homelessness, poverty, social exclusion, loneliness and many more. Adding your team members makes your microsite more personable and ensures customers can find and contact you as easily as possible. Team members will be recognised on Google Search, meaning if a potential client has spoken to someone in your office but misplaced their contact details, they will easily be able to find and contact them, simply through a Google Search.

LOCATION GUIDES

Location guides not only show off the beautiful areas within your territory, highlighting the reasons they’re desirable places to live, but increase the chance of people landing on your microsite.

Imagine someone is looking at visiting a local attraction in your area, they search for it online and, thanks to SEO, a link to your location guide – which features that attraction – appears. SOME OF THE CHARITIES WE SUPPORTED IN 2023 Thank you to everyone who donated to make this possible. CHANNEL CROSSING IN UNDER 13 HOURS Harry Middleton, partner at Fine & Country Chiswick, embarked on a tremendous undertaking of swimming across the English Channel in June 2023, with the aim of raising substantial funds for two charitable organisations close to his heart: Make-A-Wish and The Fine & Country Foundation. An avid endurance athlete with a history in competitive swimming, Middleton completed the dangerous solo crossing in 12 hours 46 minutes, raising almost £3,000 EAST MIDLANDS TOUGH MUDDER Associates from the Fine & Country network came together in June to partake in the East Midlands Tough Mudder event, a 5km course with 13 gruelling obstacles, all in the name of charity. This messy fundraiser achieved the team’s JustGiving target, and then some, raising over £600 for charity! CAROLS BY CANDLELIGHT The festive concert, with music and readings in beautiful surroundings, raised an incredible £21,000 which was donated to Emmaus Cambridge, Jimmy’s Cambridge, Wintercomfort and Cambridge Cyrenians, all offering vital services to homeless people across the Cambridgeshire region. 51 CHARITIES RECEIVED GRANTS IN 2023 THE HOPE CENTRE, NORTHAMPTON Awarded £1,000, Northampton Hope helps those who are experiencing problems of disadvantage and marginalisation. The grant from Fine & Country assisted in providing practical support in times of homelessness, addiction and hardship. SLEEP POD, UK AND FRANCE Sleep Pod is a simple, effective emergency shelter for rough sleepers and refugees that haven’t managed to access existing services. The £1,500 grant will help to build and distribute this vital shelter to those most in need. CAMBRIDGE WOMEN’S AID Cambridge Women’s Aid provide safe accommodation and practical support for women and children who are escaping domestic abuse. Their grant will fund robust, easy to clean flooring, decoration and new furniture for their clients’ accommodation.
