Seller Insight October Cottage, situated at the heart of Eynsford Village has been the perfect home for our family to grow up in and we have loved living in this beautiful Kent village. Over the years, as the family grew we added a single-storey extension to include a spacious open plan kitchen and family room, a downstairs cloakroom incorporating a useful shower room, and we were also able to we create a spacious and welcoming reception hall. My favourite room has always been the kitchen/ family room, a great place for all of the family to get together. October Cottage has been a lovely home to bring our children up in and we would wish every happiness to the new owners.
