We want a brief presentation of you The presentation must include your full name, position, academic degree / education, institution, email and possibly web address. The presentation should be written in the manuscript - above the title of your paper. The presentation must not exceed 500 characters. It means for example not going into a lengthy description of professional experiences and / or research and publications in the presentation. Such information may the readers obtain by getting in contact with the author at the specified email address or the given web page. If more than two authors: We will only have presentation and photo of the first author, co-authors only by name. We want a photo of you Photo sent jpg.format and must have a resolution of 300 pixels. Photographs may also be sent by snail mail, and then we will scan it. We want an abstract / summary of your article To your article, we want an abstract / summary. The abstract should not exceed 500 characters (including spaces). In scientific journals have such summaries often have the form of an "abstract", generally including the structures: Background, materials and methods, results and discussion/interpretation. Authors are free to follow this template, but it is not a requirement of the journal "OMSORG -Caring". This is primarily because our magazine is highly interdisciplinary, and that such a strict form is not suitable for many of the articles. "Summary" should be interpreted fairly loosely. But it should still be of such a nature that the reader gets a clear picture of the article's theme / question, how it is handled, and the article's main message and conclusions or tentative answer / viewpoint. A summary gives a quick overview of the article, and can act as a "teaser" and thus help to ensure that many more are reading your article. We also plan to publish all abstracts in a new and upgraded website for the journal " OMSORG -Caring" (they will be next to articles in full text, which will be available only to subscribers). The summaries will thereby be searchable, and have the potential to reach a much wider audience. The summary is written in the author's national language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish) . In addition, it is desirable to have an English version (500 characters including spaces) for posting on the website, but this is not a requirement.

The editors encourage authors in the introduction of their article, to describe in what way the article is associated with the journal's main focus: end-of-life care (palliative care). Highlight phrases: Authors submit a proposal of 2-3 sentences/phrases mirroring/ emphasizing the message of the article. Like the headlines in a newspaper Keywords After the summary, up to five keywords must be written. These will also be posted on the website, and become searchable. Here it is also desirable to write the key words in English, but no requirement. References Max 15 references. If you have more than 15, you can explain that these can be obtained from your email address.
