Obama Seeks $3.7B in Border Aid White House taking heat as crisis along the Mexico line rages

U.N. Steps In

Tackling what he has called a humanitarian crisis, President Barack Obama on Tuesday asked Congress for $3.7 billion to cope with a tide of minors from Central America who are illegally crossing the U.S. border, straining immigration resources and causing a political firestorm in Washington. The W hite House said the money would help increase the detention, care and transportation of unaccompanied children, help speed the removal of adults with children by increasing the capacity of immigration courts and increase prosecution of smuggling networks. The money would also increase surveillance at the U.S. border and help Central American countries repatriate bordercrossers sent back from the United States. Obama requested the money in a letter to House Speaker John Boehner. The request did not include proposals for legislative changes that the White House wants. But Obama said he still will seek such changes, including providing the secretary of homeland

Militia Mobilizes An armed Texas militia is planning to make a move for the U.S.-Mexico border, according to news reports. Members said the goal is not to interfere with law enforcement but to help secure the border and slow the surge of undocumented immigrants illegally entering the country. The group, called Operation Secure Our Border-Laredo, was identified to the San Antonio Express-News as “Patriots,” “Oathkeepers” and “Three Percenters,” a reference to the 3 percent of colonists who took up arms against England during the Revolutionary War. security additional authority to speed up the removal of children who have arrived from countries such as Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador. Obama said he also wants increased penalties for individuals who smuggle vulnerable migrants, such as children. More than 50,000 children have

arrived since October, in many cases fleeing violence at home but also drawn by rumors that they can stay in the U.S. Obama plans to discuss the crisis with faith and local leaders during a political fundraising visit to Texas today, but he is resisting calls to visit the border for a first-

United Nations officials are pushing for many of the Central Americans fleeing to the U.S. to be treated as refugees displaced by armed conflict, a designation meant to increase pressure on the United States and Mexico to accept tens of thousands of people currently ineligible for asylum. Officials with the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees say they hope to see movement toward a regional agreement on that status Thursday when migration and interior department representatives from the U.S., Mexico and Central America meet in Nicaragua. hand look. The White House invited Texas Republican Gov. Rick Perry to today’s meeting in Dallas. House Appropriations Committee Chairman Hal Rogers, a Republican, called the situation on the border “extremely dire.” “It is clear that additional funding will be needed to ensure the proper care of these unaccompanied children, to enforce the law, and to further secure our border so that these problems can be mitigated in the short term,” he said in a statement. “Our committee will focus on providing what is necessary to meet these ongoing needs.”

Several major gay rights groups withdrew support Tuesday for the Employment Non-Discrimination Act that would bolster gay and transgender rights in the workplace, saying they fear that broad religious exemptions included in the current bill might compel private companies to begin citing objections similar to those that prevailed in a U.S. Supreme Court case last week. Signs of crumbling support for ENDA came first Tuesday from the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, one of several gay rights groups that have aggressively pushed President Barack Obama to expand gay rights through executive action since the start of his presidency. Rea Carey, the group’s executive director, said, “If a private company can take its own religious beliefs and say you can’t have access to certain health care, it’s a hop, skip and a jump to an interpretation that a private company could have religious beliefs that LGBT people are not equal or somehow go against their beliefs and therefore fire them. … The implications of Hobby Lobby are becoming clear.”

Did Cuba Smear Senator? Menendez asks for inquiry into origin of prostitution stories Washington

Sen. Robert Menendez is asking the Justice Department to pursue evidence obtained by U.S. investigators that the Cuban government concocted an elaborate plot to smear him with allegations that he cavorted with underage prostitutes, according to people familiar with the discussions. In a letter sent to Justice Department officials, the senator’s attorney asserts that the plot was timed to derail the political rise of Menendez, D-N.J., one of Washington’s most ardent critics of the Castro regime. At the time, Menendez was running for re-election and was preparing to assume the powerful chairmanship of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. According to a former U.S. official with firsthand knowledge of government intelligence, the CIA had obtained credible evidence, including Internet protocol addresses, linking Cuban agents to the prostitution claims and to

efforts to plant the story in U.S. and Latin American media. The alleged Cuba connection was laid out in an intelligence report provided last year to U.S. government officials and sent by secure cable to the FBI’s counterintelligence division, according to the former official and a second person with close ties to Menendez who had been briefed on the matter. The intelligence information indicated that operatives from Cuba’s Directorate of Intelligence helped create a fake tipster using the name “Pete Williams,” accord-

Thieves Steal $6M Worth Of Samsung Electronics Sao Paulo Thieves raided a Samsung electronics factory in Brazil during the night shift early Monday, subdued workers and guards, and made off with at least $6 million worth of cellphones and computers. The gang of heavily armed men captured eight plant employees as they neared the factory in a company bus just before midnight, said civil police in Sao Paulo state. They stole the workers’ ID tags and took two of them with them as hostages as they entered the factory

in the college town of Campinas. The remaining six employees were taken to an unknown location. Once inside, the gang overpowered security guards and spent more than three hours in the plant, trucking out the electronics. In total, police suspect that 20 robbers participated, carting out more than 40,000 finished products in seven trucks. ing to the former official. The tipster told FBI agents and others he had information about Menendez participating in poolside sex parties with underage prostitutes while vacationing at the Dominican Republic home of Salomon Melgen, a wealthy eye doctor, donor and friend of the senator. The allegations against Menendez erupted in public in November 2012, when the Daily Caller, a conservative website, quoted two Dominican women claiming Menendez had paid them for sex. The FBI investigated the prostitution claims but was unable to corroborate them. Last year, three Dominican women who had initially claimed to reporters that they had been paid to have sex with Menendez recanted their story. Tucker Carlson, editor in chief of the Daily Caller, said in a phone interview that it would be a major shock to him if the Cuban government spooled out a story that his reporters ran with — but that it’s also a hard claim for him to verify. “I really can’t assess it without more information,” Carlson said. “It’s bizarre on its face, but also fascinating.” M A NUEL ROIG - FR A NZI A A ND CAROL D. Israel’s Blistering Attack Against Hamas Ground invasion possible in response to militant strikes

“If we need to go inside in a ground operation, then we will do it. … We will not stop anything until the rocket firing ends.”

Warning sirens sounded in Israel’s central cities Tuesday night, and residents in Jerusalem and the Tel Aviv area scrambled into bomb shelters as militant groups in the Gaza Strip fired a salvo of powerful rockets toward Israel’s capital and high-tech corridor. In the first day of a major Israeli operation against the Islamist militant organization Hamas, which controls the Gaza Strip, more than 160 rockets were fired at Israel. According to the Israeli military, 116 of them landed on Israeli soil and 24 were intercepted. Meanwhile, the Israeli army, air force and navy struck more than 150 sites in the coastal enclave and killed five Hamas operatives in targeted strikes. Israel also mobilized infantry troops along the border for

nity has markedly improved over the past 20 years, the force is still working to overcome a past once defined by corruption, police brutality and high crime rates. “It’s hard to erase the years of things that have happened,” said Bob Ross, president of the Prince George’s County Branch of the NAACP. Since Parker came on board in 2011, she’s been trying to tell more of the good stories. The department announced the quick arrests police made after a fatal shooting on its blog. On Facebook, it posted pictures of officers creating a makeshift leash out of crime tape when they found a lost dog. And on Twitter, there’s images of officers changing tires for stranded drivers. Now, many law enforcement agencies around the country look to Prince George’s as an example of how to run a community and mediafriendly communications division.

Lexington, Va. Washington and Lee University will remove Confederate flags from its Lee Chapel after a group of black students led protests arguing that the Virginia school was unwelcoming to minorities. President Kenneth Ruscio’s announcement Tuesday likely will reverberate among many of the school’s students and alumni who revere the Lexington university’s southern heritage. For decades, the administration has delicately addressed the school’s historic ties to the Confederacy. In April, a group of black law students wrote a letter to the school’s

board of trustees urging a series of reforms that they believe would make minority students feel more comfortable. Black students compose approximately 3.5 percent of the school’s total enrollment.

The students implored administrators to meet to issue a formal apology for the school’s ties to slavery. They also asked that the school remove the Confederate flags from the chapel near a memorial to Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee, who served as the university’s president after the Civil War and is buried on the grounds. Ruscio, in announcing the removal of the f lags, acknowledged that “these are legitimately complicated matters, and they are often uncomfortable, too.” Ruscio also publicly apologized for the school’s past ownership of approximately 80 slaves from 1826 to 1852. M St. Won’t Crumble Yet One bake shop bites the frosted dust, but it’s too soon for cupcake eulogies

Sweets Gone Sour

POST BLOG | WONKBLOG

We had enough cupcakes to declare frosting dead to us long before Crumbs’ demise, and the doughnut craze seems to be sprinkling out. Perhaps it’s time for the humble muffin to have its moment? Until then, we look back at our past addictions and that moment when we collectively sighed, “OK, enough already!”

The lights are off at Crumbs Bake Shop on 11th Street. The glass display case is empty. There will be no more cupcakes sold there, or at any other Crumbs location. The New York-based chain rocked the pastry world Monday with news that it was closing down all 48 of its stores. America’s largest cupcake chain is now a thing of the past. But the cupcake trend, it seems, is not. Across town from the shuttered Crumbs location, local cupcake shops Georgetown Cupcake and Baked and Wired were doing brisk business Tuesday afternoon. On M Street, the traditional pilgrimage for cupcake aficionados, concerns about the dessert’s demise seem premature. “Considering the lines we have pretty regularly, it’s definitely not dead yet,” says Jamie Rosen, manager at Baked and Wired. “Not even a little bit.” Ian and Debra Mishalove, standing outside Baked and Wired with a cupcake each, backed Rosen up. They believe the cupcake, in all its miniature, frosted glory, remains the ultimate dessert choice. “They’re the perfect little package,” Ian says. The Mishaloves are, admittedly, a bit biased: The self-described cupcake enthusiasts ate cupcakes on their first date and served them at their wedding instead of a traditional cake. But even skeptics don’t think cupcakes are going anywhere soon. Reeves Hankins, who calls the entire dessert industry “overhyped,” acknowledges that the pastry has an undeniable appeal: they’re small, single serving size, and have an instagrammable aesthetic. David Sax, author of “The Tastemakers” and an expert in food trends, has a similar take. He says that Crumbs’ demise was “a classic tale of overexpansion and borrowing too much money,” rather than an indicator that the cupcake trend has gone stale. The chain, which began as a single store

The Cupcakery That Couldn’t Could this mark the end of the (not so) great American cupcake fad? Or did Crumbs’ massive cakes scare away the cupcakery’s once seemingly endless lines? The answer is likely a mixture of the two — the cupcake craze, while still ongoing, has deflated, and size does matter — but there’s more at play. A closer look at Crumbs’ business paints the picture. Number of Stores

on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, began to expand just as demand for cupcakes was beginning to plateau — meaning that each new shop was making less and less money. In 2009, Crumbs raked in almost $1.2 million per store. By last year, its per store sales had fallen 46 percent to just under $650,000.

“They were relying on people lining up for cupcakes with the same attention they did in 2008 and 2010 … and no food trend can sustain that,” Sax says. Sax believes that, although the “cultural mania” over cupcakes has peaked, the trend has now “matured.” Bakeries can’t depend

entirely on cupcakes’ cache the way they once did, but the pastry is now an established part of America’s dessert landscape. For local bakers, Sax’s analysis rings true. Hello Cupcake in Dupont Circle expanded its offerings to include full-size cakes last year, and a week ago began serving a small selection of breakfast pastries. “You can’t open up a store and just sell cupcakes any more,” says pastry chef ShaDawn Ferguson. Goals scored by Germany’s Miroslav Klose in four World Cups after scoring against Brazil on Tuesday, breaking the mark of 15 goals he shared with Brazil’s retired star Ronaldo.

World Cup Germany poured in the goals Tuesday to hand Brazil its heaviest World Cup loss ever with an astounding 7-1 rout in the semifinals that stunned the host nation. Miroslav Klose scored a recordsetting 16th career World Cup goal in a five-goal spurt in the first half as Brazil’s defense was torn apart. The Germans reached their eighth final and will face either Argentina or the Netherlands on Sunday at the Maracana Stadium in Rio de Janeiro. Previously, Brazil’s biggest World Cup loss was 3-0 to France in the 1998 final. This matched their biggest ever margin of defeat in any competition, equaling a 6-0 loss to Uruguay in 1920 in the South American championship, the predecessor of the

It’s also Brazil’s first loss in a competitive match on home soil since 1975, when Peru won 3-1 at the very same Mineirao Stadium in the Copa America. Its last loss

at home came in a friendly with Paraguay in 2002. Brazil’s attack was weakened by the loss of Neymar, who fractured a vertebra after getting kneed in the back in the quarterfinal win over Colombia. But it was Brazil’s porous defense that was the biggest problem in the first half as the host also sorely missed suspended captain Thiago Silva. On Tuesday, with Bernard playing as the third striker, Brazil attacked from the start. But they failed to get any solid chances, and it wasn’t long before the Germans opened up the defense and started the rout. From Down Under to Caps Prospect Camp Capitals It was 2 a.m. in Australia when Capitals prospect Nathan Walker received a long-awaited phone call last month. Washington had traded up into the third round to select the forward with the 89th overall pick in his third and final year of draft eligibility. “From there on,” Walker said, “the roof on the house pretty much blew off.” At that moment, Walker became the first Australian ever drafted into the NHL. The 20-year-old, whose initial interest in hockey derived from the “Mighty Ducks” movies, is one of several players hoping to further their development at the

Capitals’ annual prospect camp. “The main goal is to play and stay in the NHL,” Walker said Monday. “Obviously, it doesn’t happen overnight or in one year.” In a rather unique situation, Walker was a regular participant in Washington camps prior to being drafted. He was an unsigned invitee to training camp last season, parlaying an impressive preseason into an AHL contract. “It was really valuable. I spent two weeks at [training] camp and the amount of stuff that I learned was just outrageous,” said Walker, who left home at 13 to play hockey in the Czech Republic. “I came out from that camp knowing a lot more and being a lot better — not

Coach Louis van Gaal said both were suffering “stomach and intestinal problems.” Van Gaal said he would not rush into deciding whether Van Persie is fit to play at Sao Paulo’s Itaquerao Stadium against the Lionel Messi-led Argentina. “I have to make a decision tomorrow. I’m not going to do that today. We have more than a day,” Van Gaal said Tuesday. “Van Persie is a very important player for us.” Van Persie scored three times in the first two Dutch matches of the World Cup. scored five goals and 11 points in 43 games. The Capitals’ scouting staff had seen enough to officially make him a member of the organization. “We’ve been following Nathan for a few years,” assistant general manager Ross Mahoney said at the draft. “He’s obviously ahead of some of the other players … because he has been playing with men.” Walker’s unusual journey toward his NHL dream has taken him worldwide. Now that he is closer than ever, he plans to take his time. “I’m prepared that I’m going to be in Hershey for another couple years developing,” he said. “We’ll just take it from there.” ADAM VINGAN (FOR E XPRESS)

Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III had a 102.4 passer rating in his rookie season in 2012, but his rating dropped to 82.2 in 2013, his second year in the league.

NFL Is Sleeping on RGIII Ranking Redskins passer Robert Griffin III as the NFL’s 19th best quarterback is like saying Teddy Roosevelt was the 19th best U.S. president — it’s bull (not bully!). The same ESPN poll of past and present NFL front office personnel ranked New England’s Tom Brady as the league’s best overall passer. Green Bay’s Aaron Rodgers, By Rick New Orleans’ Drew Snider Brees, Denver’s Peyton Manning and Indianapolis’ Andrew Luck completed the top five. It’s pretty hard to knock that list. Yet an ESPN fantasy poll rated Brady 12th overall and Griffin seventh. Fans ranked Manning, Rodgers and Brees atop the list with Detroit’s Matthew Stafford and Carolina’s Cam Newton in the top five, respectively.

The polls pit personnel experts versus fan favorites, but ranking Griffin 19th among passers is absurd — even after his poor second season that ended with him being benched after 13 games. The NFL is sleeping on RGIII. Disperse all NFL quarterbacks and Griffin is probably taken eighth after Manning, Rodgers, Brees, Brady, Luck, Newton and Seattle’s Russell Wilson. But the NFL talent evaluators must not have been watching Griffin over the offseason. He has discarded his knee brace, leading to ankle-breaking moves, and improved his arm strength with his ability to plant better. Most of all, they must not remember the Griffin of 2012,

whose smile was contagious throughout the locker room. Last year’s 3-13 season under overlord Mike Shanahan has been forgotten by players. Incoming coach Jay Gruden is the antithesis of his draconian predecessor, and Griffin is feeling good. And when Griffin is feeling good, the team is feeling good. And suddenly, the Redskins might be right back in the NFC East race. The swagger has returned and Griffin’s second season has taught the quarterback that the NFL isn’t all roses. Griffin spent the offseason building his mental and physical assets. He’s going to

be so much tougher this fall after last year’s harsh lesson. Griffin seems more focused on the field than he did last season, when he was recovering from knee surgery and distracted by weekly power struggles with Shanahan. He now looks like the rookie who was untouchable. Throw in a better offensive line, new receivers DeSean Jackson and Andre Roberts and returning pass-catchers Pierre Garcon and Jordan Reed, and the Redskins should threaten to score 30 points on a weekly basis. Not all storylines now lead back to him, Griffin recently joked. The Redskins have more balance and a couple new personalities. For Washington to reverse last season’s meltdown, it starts with Griffin. Fortunately, he’s way better than the 19th best NFL passer. Rick Snider has covered Washington sports since 1978. Back on the race’s home turf after three days in England, the Tour de France pack faces a first possible shakeout today over nine patches of bone-rattling cobblestones in northern France. Many riders were expressing dread that the forecast is for rain, meaning the cobbles will be slick. For defending champion Chris Froome, a crash that scuffed up his left knee and elbow and injured his wrist Tuesday in a nervous, crosswind-swept Stage 4 couldn’t have come at a worse time. Astana team leader Vincenzo Nibali of Italy, who kept the yellow jersey, decried a “crazy race” i n Tuesday ’s 101-m i le ride along the Belgian border. Froome and two-time champ A lberto Contador are among 20 riders trailing Nibali by two seconds. JAMEY KEATEN (AP)

Weeks after the Redskins hired progressive political blogger Ben Tribbett to help defend the team’s controversial name, Tribbett announced late Monday that he will resign. “Things got a little out of control on Twitter,” Tribbett, 34, told The Washington Post on Monday night, adding that his position on the name has not changed. “I supported the Redskins before I took this job. … I think that’s how they found me. I still support them. I don’t think [the name is] a slur.” (T WP)

Otto Porter Jr., left, and Glen Rice Jr. didn’t see much playing time during their rookie years with the Wizards last season.

Summer of 2nd Chances Porter, Rice looking to make an impact in sophomore seasons NBA All Otto Porter Jr. and Glen Rice Jr. could do last season was sit, watch and wait. They wanted to play, thought they should’ve played, but understood that there was little time for rookies to find their way on a Wizards team that delivered on owner Ted Leonsis’ playoffs-orelse ultimatum. Porter had the least productive season ever by a third overall pick, and Rice didn’t appear in any of the final 71 games for the Wizards. But now, the floor belongs to them. As the Wizards began a four-day mini-camp to prepare for summer league in Las Vegas, Porter and Rice understand that they will be looked upon to lead in addition to showing

they deserve a shot to become rotation players next season. “It’s going to be fun,” Rice said after the Wizards concluded a nearly three-hour first practice Monday at Verizon Center. “I think we’re both ready because we both been working, and been in places where we were the go-to guys. I think it’ll be an easy transition, just getting out there, seeing what happens.” Despite the lack of playing time, Rice and Porter didn’t view their first NBA season as a waste. “Just watching … it made me want to come back and redeem myself,” Porter said. Porter said he had a “learning

season” instead of a lost season, but he clearly started from behind. He strained his right hamstring after his third ineffective summer league game and suffered a right hip flexor injury two months later that robbed him of training camp. By the time Porter made his season debut Dec. 6 after a few days of practice, the Wizards were in contention for a playoff spot in a weak Eastern Conference, Trevor Ariza was hogging most of the minutes at small forward and Martell Webster was taking up the rest. Ariza is now an unrestricted free agent, and the Wizards are confident they will be able to retain him. But if Ariza finds a more lucrative offer elsewhere, Porter realizes that he might be looked upon for more in his sophomore campaign. “Whether they do or they don’t [sign Ariza],” Porter said, “my mindset is to continue to work hard.” MICHAEL LEE (THE WASHINGTON POST )

Wes Bentley Joins New ‘American Horror Story’

TVLine reports that Wes Bentley will join the cast of “American Horror Story: Freak Show.” Bentley will play Eddie, who comes Bentley to “torment” Kathy Bates’ character. The new season of “American Horror Story” will take place in 1952 at the country’s last freak show. Bates, Jessica Lange and Sarah Paulson are set to star. (EXPRESS) UNNECESSARY

Live-Action ‘Dumbo’ Remake in the Works

Disney is developing a live-action remake of its 1941 musical film “Dumbo,” according to The Hollywood Reporter. Ehren Kruger, who wrote three of the “Transformers” films, is attached to write the script. The studio is planning to use CGI for the titular flying elephant. (EXPRESS)

Hearsay

“Music is art, and art is important and rare. Important, rare things are valuable. Valuable things should be paid for.”

Well Enough Alone Jack Antonoff goes solo for his catchy ’80s pop nostalgia project Bleachers Music Certain shortages are more dire than others (fossil fuels, Arctic ice and the like), but the dearth of decent band names still matters. Especially if your name is Jack Antonoff, guitarist of the Grammywinning rock band fun., who next week will release the debut album from his new solo project, Bleachers. The music is pretty good, and the name is pretty great — a romantic moniker evocative of teenage makeout spots, or high school tribes with platinum hair, or, if you squish them together, peroxide punks smooching in secret. Antonoff — brown-haired with birth-control glasses — says that Bleachers gives him the opportunity to write bloody-heart-on-sleeve rock songs. And so the 11-song album, “Strange Desire,” finds the 30-year-old time-traveling to the early 1980s, a time when the melodrama of Journey and the Psychedelic Furs may not have been all that dissimilar. It’s unabashed, nostalgic stuff, and according to Antonoff, deeply personal. But if these songs were by “Jack Antonoff,” would anyone care? To go solo in rock ’n’ roll, the name Mom and Dad gave you probably won’t cut it. Look at all of the frontmen who have dared to branch out in recent years without a nomde-rock: Julian Casablancas of the

All Ears

Jack Antonoff, guitarist for indiepop band fun., says Bleachers is a deeply personal project.

Even if you haven’t heard Jack Antonoff’s name, you’ve surely heard his tunes. Here are some of his most noteworthy tracks. (E XPRESS)

He co-wrote fun.’s indie-pop anthem “We Are Young,” which took home the Grammy for Song of the Year in 2013 and peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Antonoff also helped Sara Bareilles write her single “Brave,” one of 2013’s unofficial earworms. He earned a Golden Globe nomination for co-writing Taylor Swift’s “Sweeter Than Fiction,” for the British comedy “One Chance.” Bleachers’ first single, “I Wanna Get Better,” which Antonoff co-wrote, peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard alternative songs chart.

AUTUMN DE WILDE

In Brief

“Doing a Bleachers song … is an escape and it keeps me creative and it keeps me locked into what I want to do.” — JACK A NTONOFF, TELLING NEW YORK MAGAZINE THAT WRITING SONGS IS HIS HOBBY, AND THAT “TO GET AWAY FROM MUSIC, I DO OTHER MUSIC”

Strokes, Brandon Flowers of the Killers, Paul Banks of Interpol, Kele Okereke of Bloc Party and, most recently, Hamilton Leithauser of the Walkmen. Can you hum a tune from any of their respective solo recordings? Did you bother

to listen to them in the first place? Going it alone betrays the ancient precept that rock ’n’ roll is a collective art. We love rock stars, but we respect them when they’re part of a constellation. Going solo under your own name smacks of ego-tripping, while adopting a bandesque name connotes authority and significance. With Bleachers, Antonoff is

doing his best to reconcile new wave sleekness and the unapologetic wallop of the emo-punk he grew up on. By multitracking his vocals, it doesn’t sound like a solo turn so much as an army of Antonoffs emptying their hearts and lungs. It works well on the album’s first single, “I Wanna Get Better,” a stuttering power ballad about growing up and freaking out. Other times, he pushes it. “Like a River Runs” sounds like it was written for a Reagan-era prom and, when the chorus kicks in, a teen-flick pep rally. As a Jack Antonoff song, it might read as excessive, ostentatious, embarrassingly overblown. Because it’s a Bleachers song, you might catch yourself singing along. CHRIS RICHARDS (THE WASHINGTON POST )
