As a host and organizer of the event EXPOVINIS BRAZIL 2010, the 14th International Wine Event, EXPONOR BRAZIL has prepared this Exhibitor Manual specifically for your guidance and in order to resolve any questions you may have regarding your participation. This manual should be read in its entirety by the Exhibitor and by the assembler so that they are aware of all procedures, dates and times required for their participation in our event. Compliance with the dates and times is fundamental to the success of the event and their participation and for this reason; we ask that you pay particular attention to them. Exponor Brazil has put into place a system allowing Exhibitors to contract all services necessary for them to take part in the event via the Internet portal www. exponor.com.br. With its easy to use mechanism, exhibitors can access information, make payments required and make additional requests. Filling in the FORMS is mandatory and it`s essential that the Exhibitor complies with the terms of the contract and provides the necessary information for us to give you the best service possible. Our commitment is to get you the best results possible, and our goal is that your business will reap (wonderful) benefits as a result of this event. BASIC PROCEDURES FOR OPERATION OF A GOOD EVENT

OBS.: These additional items of equipment/accessories may not be available in the pavilion, where they have not been requested before the deadline. • Exhibitors who opt for the free area must submit their plan for their stand beforehand, where it will be assessed by the Event Organizer for approval, monitor the registration process of their suppliers and make sure that everyone is given badges. OBS.: Exhibitors are responsible for their suppliers regarding the standards and regulations established by the Event Organizer. • Amplifi ed sound is strictly prohibited in an open environment. Failure to observe this point may result in receiving a fi ne or the Exhibitor`s stand being banned by the Event Organizer. • We believe that it is the Exhibitors goal at this event to attend their customers / visitors. Therefore, we ask all exhibitors to keep their teams properly identifi ed and prepared for the entire duration of the event. • Any contracted service provider must be properly identifi ed by their credentials, and properly instructed as to their behavior and functions. All professionals who work on the stand should do so in accordance with labor laws.

• There are steps/rules for your participation that are stated in the contract with specifi c dates. These should be followed carefully. Exhibitors and their assemblers can access all information through the site available on our website www.exponor.com.br opting for the specifi c event in which they are participating via the link: I AM AN EXHIBITOR. All forms must be completed and at the end, the Exhibitor can make all the agreed payments as well as that of any additional requests. OBS.: In the event of noncompliance with the daes, the Event will reserve the right to forbid the Exhibitor/assemblers access to the assembly, who are not in good standing with respect to the transmission of information, compulsory payments and additional requests.

NOTE

• Exhibitors who opt for the Basic Assembly Model should check that you have all items that you require, and if applicable, shall request additional equipment/accessories.

NOTE: We encourage exhibitors to make sure the capacity of its service providers and assemblers, visiting their offi ce, checking their stocks and contractors or outsourced companies, as there are companies that are not able to provide the service you are expecting and constantly cause problems.

OBS.: The Labor Department does not allow work on events without work documents, so the Exhibitor must always hire reputable businesses that can prove that they have the relevant working paperwork. • Any technical demonstration will be permitted provided that it is developed strictly within the leased area, noting the following limitations: any type of tasting, giveaways, samples and brochures should be limited to the interior of the stand. The organizers of the event can stop them if at any time they disrupt the normal fl ow of visitors throughout the event.

EXPONOR BRAZIL FAIRS AND EVENTS is a Brazilian company which organizes trade shows and events, founded in 1999. In recent years it has been responsible for organizing more than 40 fairs as well as other more varied events, from the cultural to the corporate.

GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1

LOADING AND UNLOADING / TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY MATERIALS / PRODUCTS

In order to LOAD and UNLOAD your materials, EXHIBITORS and ASSEMBLERS should use Gates 3 & 4 da Praça Cel. Marques Ribeiro. • It is prohibited to park trucks in areas adjacent to the main entrances. After the assembly and disassembly of the pavilion, all trucks must immediately leave the area; otherwise they will be removed from the site;

A. INSS SERVICE CONTRACTORS Receptionist, bartender, waitress, waiter, etc. Only hire companies who are legally bound to the Ministry of Labor. B. MINISTRY OF LABOUR Ref. Monitoring of the Ministry of Labor and employment of personnel. The Ministry of Labor, in order to regulate the differences in recruitment of personnel, has placed teams of inspectors on the premises of fairs for guidance and supervision. The hiring of receptionists, waiters, cleaners, assemblers and employees of service providers must comply with current labor legislations.

• Exhibitors are fully responsible for the loading and unloading of materials and equipment for their stands; • The Event Organizer recommends the use of a company/s specifi ed by the manual for the handling of materials and products inside the pavilion; • Access to the loading and unloading site will be under the direct responsibility of the Event Organizer; • Any means of transportation with a light load, to remain within the pavilion must be equipped with rubber wheels or equivalent; • As of April 27th, materials and equipment may only be moved into the exhibition hall up to 1 (one) hour before the event is open to the public.

SKILLED LABOR

Professionals who work on the stand must provide and keep the following documents with them at all times; • Employees of the exhibiting company: • •

• Temporary work: The organizers ask that you pay particular attention not to accept any offers of skilled labor in the access and / or contracted by the pavilion. Do not try to receive any special treatment and notify the Event Organizer if there are any requests for extra pay from employees. If in doubt, please consult the Event Organizer, we can help you.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF THE STAND

Internal cleaning of stands is the responsibility of the exhibitor, and if needed, the Event Organizer will provide the hiring of this service. The maintenance of common areas of the pavilion will be held in the morning before the opening of the event and is the responsibility of cleaning staff employed by the organization. IN ORDER TO CONTRACT A CLEANING SERVICE, GO TO THE RELEVANT ITEM WITHIN OUR INTERNET PORTAL.

USE OF SOUND / SHOWS IN THE STANDS

Acceptable outside "ambient" sound will always be allowed, limited to 85 decibels and measured on the isle in front of the stand but must not in any way hinder the development of the work of neighboring stands. Failure to keep to the rules and regulations established above, subject the exhibitor to the following penalties, in order: 1st Notice 2nd Notice 3rd Notice 4th Notice

HEALTH AND SAFETY

• Emergency exits must be kept clear throughout the event; • It is the responsibility of the exhibitor, assemblers 10

and other service providers that all employees (where required) use helmets and protective clothing required for their work, as well as gloves and boots during assembly and disassembly of stands; • It is prohibited for people wearing shorts, sandals, or bare-chested to enter the pavilion during assembly and disassembly of the event; • It is compulsory to use badges inside the pavilion at all times (including assembly and disassembly). It is essential, if requested, that everyone can provide an identity document with photo; • According to the Law No. 13,541, of 07 May 2009, it is prohibited within the state of São Paulo, in an environment of collective use, private or public; to consume cigarettes, or smoke any product, whether or not derived tobacco. • It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure that all equipment is in accordance with local regulations, before being installed; • It is not permitted to have power cables around the emergency exits and corridors; • Although all the basic precautions are taken to ensure the safety and security of people and equipment as well as around the clock monitoring of the facilities, we can not assume any responsibility for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to your employees and / or equipment; • The Event Organizer advises special attention to be taken with all bags and belongings, which should not be left on the stand, especially at closing time and during the assembly and disassembly of the event; • In the case of any incident involving the loss of objects or belongings, immediately notify the security offi ce or CAEX – EXHIBITER SUPPORT CENTER, located inside the pavilion; • If you need more information on the safety of the event, please contact the Event Organizer.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER

It is prohibited to store products which may endanger the safety and well being of the event (toxic, fl ammable, explosive, etc.). As for technical standards ABNT: Dec. Est 46072/01, all exhibitors must maintain on their stand, a fi re extinguisher loaded with compatible products for those materials used on the stand, according to the specifi c technical standards, from the beginning of the assembly to the end of the disassembly.

The PQS-type fi re extinguisher (dry chemical powder), with a minimum weight of 4 kg and / or CO2 (carbon dioxide) with a minimum weight of 6 kg, have the ability to protect/cover up to 25 meters. The choice to be used depends on the assembly material used for the stand, furniture and products displayed. The extinguisher should be easily accessible, properly positioned and fl agged. The organizers of the event will put into place a fire fighting team trained to inspect the stands and guide exhibitors according to the technical rules of the Fire Department of the State of Sao Paulo. It is mandatory to have fi re extinguishers on all stands, suffi cient and proportionate to the area and the materials used, identified and marked, complying with the technical standards of the fi re department. In accordance with the requirements of CONTRU for every 25 meters of space you require (1) fi re extinguisher, which can be CO2 (6kg) and / or dry chemical powder (4 kg) – depending on the materials used during the assembly.

FIRST AID

There will be a mobile clinic located inside the pavilion, which will be open throughout the event, including during assembly and disassembly.

MATERIAL DAMAGE

The exhibitor is liable for compensating any damage made to the structure of the pavilion and / or damage to other exhibitors and visitors by a representative of your company, its agents or contractors. Therefore, to avoid any confusion, we advise you to check the conditions of the location of the stand before mounting it and after disassembly. • Every time you use carpet or other material on the floor, it should be fi xed with double sided tape from 3M ref.: 4880. It is forbidden to use glue directly on the ground to lay carpet or any other type of material. ALL CARPET TAPE MUST BE REMOVED at the end of the event; • Do not use on fl oors of cement, lime and sand, without the fl oor being properly protected;

INSURANCE

It is the responsibility of EXPONOR BRAZIL to provide general liability insurance, secured only by property damage and / or personal visits to the public IN THE DESIGNATED WALKING AREAS. The Event Organizer recommends that each exhibitor, in its sole discretion and in accordance with current legislation, make insurance coverage of their booths, products, goods and employees. This policy should also ensure coverage for any damage and / or personal injury to third parties during the periods of assembly and disassembly. BRAZIL EXPONOR is not liable for loss or damage to persons and / or products during the event, including theft, sabotage, public outbursts, failure of power outages or any other such claims. It is understood that it is the responsibility of the exhibitor or his/her agents, any accidents which are caused after the presence of their employees or any other person whom he/she has hired or allowed entry into the event.

STATE TAXES OF SAO PAULO

All stands must pay the State Taxes of Sao Paulo, mandatory, as directed below; In accordance with laws 13.474 and 13.477 of 30/12/2002, the collection of the rates below necessary for the exhibitor`s participation in the event should be done by the Event Organizer, in this case EXPONOR BRAZIL. •

VISA FOR FOREIGNERS

As specified in Brazilian legislation (law) all foreign exhibitors need to have a Business Work Visa. If you have any queries, consult the consulate or embassy of Brazil in the country of origin of the exhibitor / visitor.

DISPATCH OF GOODS / LEGAL CONDITIONS / ENTRY AND EXIT OF MATERIALS

The exhibitor must fi ll out the ratio of input and output of materials that will be sent by the Commercial Event Dept. In it, the exhibitor must list the quantity, description and number of (tax) invoices. This list is intended for furniture, electronics and decorative items, for example: tables, chairs, TVs, DVDs, computers, desks, etc.

It is extremely important that you make 2 (two) copies, one copy therefore, should be delivered to security with the entrance of the materials, at the Expo Center Norte where it will be conferred and checked. When the Exhibitor leaves, the Exhibitor along with security, check the list to make sure that the list and materials match. This service is non taxable and the materials are in no way the responsibility of the Event Organizer. It is extremely important that you make 2 (two) copies, one copy therefore, should be delivered to security with the entrance of the materials, at the Expo Center Norte where it will be conferred and checked. When the Exhibitor leaves, the Exhibitor along with security, check the list to make sure that the list and materials match. MAILING OF NATIONAL PRODUCTS The invoice should be issued in the name of the Exhibitor himself, with his/her details. There should be the following observation included: GOODS ARE INTENDED FOR AN EVENT (full name of the event, time, name and address of the pavilion). Invoices should be completed according to the State of the sender.

RETURNING OF GOODS For product returned to the company's exhibitor there shall be issued a memo, which reads: "RETURNING OF GOODS FOR THE EXHIBITION” (full name of the event, time, name and address of the pavilion).

NOTE

Remember that the goods that are not returned to the establishment of origin, such as those for tasting and gifts will be taxed. These should also be accompanied by a corresponding invoice, but with a different tax procedure.

OBS.: For goods coming from other states it is necessary to consult the laws of the State of origin. Although the matter is subject to agreements between states, there may be specifi c laws to follow. IPI: According to the Federal Decree 4.544/02 of 26/12/2002, the regulation of the IPI, products shipped directly to the exhibition to be displayed and similar promotions are exempt from the IPI.

Please consult your tax records to see if there is any recent change in legislation in your State. There may be changes, in view of the economic policy in force.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

THESE FEES ARE TO BE PAID BY EXHIBITOR THROUGH OUR INTERNET PORTAL AND IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EXHIBITOR TO ARRANGE THIS WITH THE ASSEMBLERS.

The rules and regulations listed below were created for the protection and safety of exhibitors, with the goal that everyone can benefi t in the same way. The exhibitors and their staff must follow the explicit rules and regulations in this manual.

2.1

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY FOR THIRD PARTIES

• The Event Organizer and the offi cial assemblers do not take any responsibility for any material or physical damage resulting from fi re, water, etc. caused to the material on display. Loss, disappearance, damage or theft of any materials on display, including during the period of assembly and disassembly; • The exhibitor is responsible for insurance against all risks, including fi re, explosion, theft, accident, etc. during the transport of material, assembly, disassembly and the event itself; • The exhibitor will be responsible for any harm done to others while participating in the event, including damage to building structures, areas, facilities and individuals in the exhibit area.

2.2

AREA / ASSEMBLY OF STANDS

• Exhibitors who opt for their own assembly companies in the planning and construction of their stand must be able to guarantee the good reputation of the assemblers to the approval/satisfaction of the Event Organizer. THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE ASSEMBLY COMPANY MUST BE DONE THROUGH OUR INTERNET PORTAL. • Assemblers hired by exhibitors, will have to pay a rate equivalent to R$10.00 per m² of leased area, to cover the technical costs of cleaning during the assembly and disassembly of the event; 16

• Exhibitors should ask the Event Organizer for service badges that will allow access to the event for people who work in the assembly, disassembly and in the maintenance of the stand; TO REQUEST FOR BADGES FOR THE ASSEMBLERS, ACCESS THE ITEM IN OUR FORMS ON OUR INTERNET PORTAL.

2.3

PAYMENT OF PARTICIPATION COSTS

Exhibitors will have the right to occupy the space / stand only after full payment of the value of the lease of space and all fees related to their participation in the event.

2.4

PROMOTION OF THIRD PARTIES.

You are prohibited from any promotion of products or services from companies not attending the event, subject to a fi ne established by the Event Organizer.

2.5

STAND LOCATION

The location of the stand is the sole and exclusive right of the Event Organizer, which as far as possible will try to address the requests of all exhibitors;

2.6

GIFTS / MERCHANDISING PHOTOS

The distribution of promotional gifts and merchandising items from the company itself is only permitted within the stand.

2.9

PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICE

We ask exhibitors to inform the Event of their contacts at their public relations offi ce, so we can contact him/ her and develop a working partnership.

It is prohibited to fi lm or photograph any product displayed at the event without proper authorization from the exhibitor and / or the Event Organizer.

2.7

EVENT ORGANIZER

The Event Organizer has the right to settle all cases not covered in this manual, as well as making changes aimed at improving the functioning of the event. The organizers of the event can also make changes to times, places, dates or to other points in the interest of the event, where it considers appropriate, without any kind of compensation. If necessary, the Event Organizer can change the layout of the event, postpone it`s opening periods and stop its implementation. For any changes of any kind, signed contracts remain valid, with all the terms and conditions. The Event Organizer will not be liable for any damages suffered by exhibitors as a result of any disturbances or unrest caused by the infl ux of people, either via natural disturbance, congestion or collision of patrons which are perfectly possible in a public place. The organizers of the event will send forms, information and guidance to the exhibitor and reserves the right not to allow the participation of the exhibitor, and / or provide the services requested in the event of noncompliance with established rules and dates.

2.8

THE REGISTRATION OF YOUR PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICE MUST BE DONE VIA OUR INTERNET PORTAL. Os profissionais terceirizados que prestarão serviços serão credenciados por nossa assessoria de imprensa e seus crachás estarão disponíveis na sala de assessoria de imprensa durante o evento.

2.10

Each exhibitor will be responsible for his or her own photography services for your stand IF THE EXHIBITOR HIRES PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING SERVICES, THE SUPPLIER MUST BE ACCREDITED THROUGH OUR INTERNET PORTAL THROUGH THE SPECIFIC ONLINE ITEM FORUMS.

2.11

ARTISTS / POLITICAL AUTHORITIES / PERSONALITIES / OTHER

The organizers of the event must be informed in advance of visits from artists, political authorities and personalities, in order to take the necessary security procedures at the event.

PENALTIES

THE PRESENCE OF ANY OF THE ABOVE SHOULD BE CONFIRMED VIA OUR INTERNET PORTAL.

NOTE

The Event Organizers do not expect to use any kind of sanction or penalty. If this should occur by virtue of not meeting standards set forth in this manual, the penalty can result in the closing of the stand, as well as a fi ne, which will vary depending on the seriousness of the action.

PHOTOS

If the stand will receive a celebrity/ personality likely to cause turmoil and further problems, the exhibitor will be liable for all problems caused as a result of the visitor and to prevent chaos and disorder should include the hiring of security. 17

SERVICES INFRASTRUCTURE

3.1

SERVICES AND GENERAL INFORMATION

NOTE

During the assembly and disassembly, there will be an electrician on call. According to safety standards, only the Event is authorized to provide electrical connections to the stand. Exhibitors may, however, work with their own electrician for electrical installations within the perimeter of your stand. Any electrical service to be performed on the stand should be done by qualifi ed and experienced electricians only. You will be required to show documentary evidence of competence, such as a specifi c degree or equivalent qualifi cation in the necessary fi eld.

3.2

The general lighting of the pavilion is carried out by the Event Organizer.

INSTALLATIONS

• The following power supplies will be available for the participating Exhibitors: - 220V - single phase: 1 phase + neutral / 60 Hz - 380V - three phase: 60 Hz OBS.: In need of another kind of current (for ex. In case of use of any device 110V), you must use a transformer, which must be arranged by the exhibitor.

ALL EXHIBITORS MUST ENTER THE NECESSARY POWER SUPPLY AND VOLTAGE FOR HIS/ HER STAND VIA OUR INTERNET PORTAL. • The exhibitor must take responsibility for the earthing of the stand, using the existing earth wire at the point of input energy; 18

• For stands in a free area, it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to provide a framework for circuit breakers with circuit breakers or transformers of appropriate capacity for the load requested. If the table does not meet the technical specifi cations required, at the sole discretion of the Event Organizer, the stand`s electronic circuit will not be connected to the main system in the pavilion, until the fuse box has been replaced; • If you install a command center in the stand, the Event Organizer will receive a copy of the access key; • It is strictly forbidden to use any light switches and transformers whose high voltage may cause interference to electrical or electronic equipment on display on the other stands; • Exhibitors should be aware of the fact that all the stands and display units have to comply with the standards established by the offi cial electrical ABNT (Brazilian Association of Technical Standards) and Eletropaulo (NBR 5410). Failure to comply with these rules may result in their entire stand being banned. The Event Organizer holds the exhibitor fully responsible for any rectifi cation of electrical installations; • When ready to install, there should be an inspection carried out by the Event Organizer, who will allow the connection to the main power systems of the pavilion. The source of electrical power is switched off every night, 30 minutes after the conclusion of the event (5 minutes on the last day), for maintenance reasons. If the exhibitor requires an electrical supply at a later time, you should ask the Event Organizer, 12 hours in advance. • Any exhibitor who needs electricity for the removal of equipment after the closing ceremony on the last day needs to inform the Event Organizer 17 hours before on the previous day.

ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY

All exhibitors must respect the obligatory minimum power consumption set at 0.10 KVA's per m² of rented area. This is the minimum amount of energy needed to maintain the operation of the stand if there are no tools of exceptional power consumption. If there is insuffi cient power for the correct operation of your stand and equipment, the exhibitor must request additional power.

NOTE

• Free area Exhibitors who have contracted a free area should contact their assemblers and prospective suppliers of equipment such as lighting, coffee machines, plasma TVs etc. These suppliers can indicate the consumption of such equipment during the period of the event. The Event Organizer will provide an installation of electrical wiring in place close to your stand, however, is the responsibility of the assembler hired to assemble the stand and to ensure that internal systems and power points are working.

3.4

HYDRAULIC INSTALLATIONS

The pavilion has hydraulic points in various locations to meet the needs of all exhibitors.

NOTE

The company responsible for the installation shall inspect the stands to check the amount of KVA's used. If there is consumer surplus, the payments will be taken care of up until the last day of the event.

REQUESTS FOR ACCESSORIES FOR YOUR STAND MAY BE DONE THROUGH OUR INTERNET PORTAL.

Accessories will only be supplied for those stands using the Basic Assembly Model.

4.2

OPTICAL PENS

By using the data collector, the exhibitor can gather all the information from the visitors who have passed by his/her stand.

NOTE

This is possible because each credential has a bar code that is supplied with the information given when they were given there credentials.

4.3

SECURITY

It is the responsibility of the Event Organizer to put into place a security service in common areas of the fair during assembly, disassembly and the duration of the event, but we will not be responsible for any problems related to thefts in the stands. It is the responsibility of the Security Company to look after products displayed at each stand. This responsibility lies solely with the exhibitor.

The hiring of security guards during the assembly, disassembly and during the event, should be carried out exclusively with the Event Organizer. We do not permit other security companies.

4.4

CLEANING

It is the responsibility of the Event Organizer to clean the common areas of the pavilion, basically understood as access corridors; however, is not the responsibility of the Event Organizer to clean the inner area of the stands. If the exhibitor needs help with this, you can choose the services below; 1. Basic It consists of the total cleaning of the stand before the opening of the event, as well as regular trash during the performance and attendance of events if necessary. 2. Complete Hiring of a professional uniform and cleaning equipment during the entire period of the event.

BADGES AND INVITITATIONS

5.1

REQUESTS FOR BADGES FOR COMPANIES TO BE ENTERED INTO THROUGH OUR INTERNET PORTAL FOR ACCESSING THE ITEM FORMS.

BADGES FOR EXHIBITORS

Your entire staff on your stand must be with proper credentials at all times in the Pavilion. They will not be allowed to circulate the pavilion, without the use of the exhibitor's badge in a visible place. Extra badges for exhibitors will cost R$20.00 each.

ALL REQUESTS FOR EXHIBITOR`S BADGES MUST BE DONE THROUGH OUR INTERNET PORTAL.

BADGES FOR ASSEMBLY COMPANY

If the exhibitor chooses a free area, you should request credentials for the entire staff of the company contracted assemblers. The issuing of credentials for the assembly company (other than the offi cial assembly company) is subject to the cost of R$10.00 per badge. All credentials will be available on the fi rst day of assembly and may be withdrawn by the head of the company CAEX (EXHIBITOR SUPPORT CENTER).

5.4

This is an important tool, use it at your discretion to improve the performance of your company at our event, therefore, we suggest you send them sparingly and in a timely manner so your customers and prospects can appreciate it. As well as all the marketing communication, we will also distribute invitations to professionals in targeted major media outlets. Invitations will be distributed to exhibitors at no additional cost at all, at a rate of 100 units for each 12 meters purchased and will be forwarded to the exhibitors 1 month in advance (if the closing date of the contract is 45 days before the event date).

BADGES FOR CONTRACTED COMPANIES

All companies and / or individuals contracted to provide services (catering, concierge, cleaning, etc.) during the event must be properly accredited and these credentials should be requested by the Exhibitor. The issuing of credentials to persons and / or companies hired from the list of offi cial suppliers, is subject to the cost of $ 30.00 per badge.

PROFESSIONAL PRINTED INVITATIONS

The Event Organizer offers the exhibitor the opportunity to register their VIP PROFESSIONAL GUESTS to receive an e-mail to enroll for the event and have access to the facilities of a special guest. These customers will receive their credentials through the mail, and receive the catalogue of The Offi cial Event so they can fi nd your company.

NOTE

Your customer will receive a personalized e-mail through our system, which will tell you who has been invited by his/her company and will give him/her access to EXPOVINIS BRAZIL as a VIP PROFESSIONAL GUEST where they will be asked to register.

The credential that they will receive will not have the name of the company that invited them, so that a customer can be a VIP CUSTOMER of more than one company, but can only register once.

NOTE

THE REGISTRATION OF ALL VIP PROFESSIONAL GUESTS MUST BE DONE VIA OUR INTERNET PORTAL.

The organizers of the event will send VIP credentials to customers within the State of Sao Paulo 10 days before the event; we only accept accreditation by 15 March 2010. Customers from other states should print a receipt of their registration and present it at the VIP booth at the event.

This invite ensures unrestricted access to any person, without the need for any type of identifi cation. The visitor will have access to the event at any time regardless of the schedule. This invitation is available as an important networking tool and we ask to use it with discretion, in order to maintain the level of visitation qualifi ed at the event.

NOTE

The organizers of the event will allow exhibitors to request more PROFESSIONAL PRINTED INVITATIONS, if there is a need.

Invitations will be sent up to 1 month in advance (if the closing date of the contract is 45 days prior to the date of the event).

6.1

6.3

FREE AREA AND PROJECT APPROVAL

Exhibitors who choose a "Free Area" will be responsible for planning and building their own stand, and should note the following: • No structure may exceed the maximum height (5.0 m from the fl oor of the pavilion). The request for approval to exceed this height limit will be reviewed by the Event Organizer; • All installations over 4.0 m in height shall have to be 1.00 m behind the frontal part of the stand, and also in relation to its neighbor’s, including “island” stands; • Stands located below the mezzanine shall not exceed a height of 4m; • Stands taller than 2.20 m will be responsible for the fi nishing of their neighbor`s walls. The walls should be done in white. Except in the islands, the exhibitor will be responsible for building the side walls and the background to your stand, with a height of 2.20 m. Requests for permission to exceed this height limit will be reviewed by the Event Organizer.

• Any construction (fl oors, walls, etc.) made of concrete or similar material is prohibited to be put directly on the floor; • Mounting of the stand on a removable base (fl oor), obligatory when there are hydraulic installations, or when there is a use of a spatial structure to enable the distribution of electrical installations, so that they remain protected. • You are allowed to place on your stand, gardens, fl owers and ornamental plants in pots, baskets or containers. However, this is only permitted with the use of loose soil, sand and stones with the appropriate flooring; • It is prohibited to use neon signs, fl ashing, fl ash or animated motion to the detriment of other stands. The luminous letters with any type of decorative lighting, used on the stands, have suffi cient capacity to illuminate only the area and the overhead sign, not protruding on the neighboring stands; • It is forbidden to use products derived from petroleum or petroleum derived chemicals on the fl oor of the pavilion;

• Any constructed elements, such as windows, should not exceed the predetermined limits of the stand;

• There shall be no usage of internal combustion engines or any other equipment that will emit any gases, smoke or grease inside the pavilion;

• The use of PP cable for all electrical installations is mandatory.

• In addition to the offi cial assemblers, all assemblers hired by the exhibitors must comply with the rules and regulations set forth below:

• A panel with the company name will be displayed in a visible place for visitors. In case of non-observance of this item, the Event Organizer reserves the right to determine those factors in the stand that are obstructing it, and making the necessary changes for it to be visible. • No accessories or visual elements can be fi xed, nailed or screwed on the fl oor of the pavilion. If any exhibitor / assembler ignore this rule, he/she will be liable for damage caused; • All stands should have their fl oor covered with carpet or similar material; • No type of glue can be used to secure carpets directly on the fl oor of the exhibition pavilion. Exhibitors who need to fi x carpet directly on the fl oor of the pavilion should use double-sided tape (3M ref.: 4880). This tape should be removed by the company responsible for the assembly, when the stand is removed. If this standard is not met, the Event Organizer will remove the tape and recover the costs from the exhibitor service; • No object can be suspended from the ceiling or put into frames, attached to the fl oor, columns, walls or anywhere else in the pavilion; 26

Exhibitors should send the fi nal draft for the Event Organizer`s approval e-mail: projetos@exponor.com.br By the date of 15 March 2010, containing the following information: - Floor Plan - Front View - Aerial View • Plans, designs and specifi cations must be submitted in 1:200 scale and according to ABTN, and the breakdown of electrical or other installations, such as the mezzanine must be accompanied by ART (with technical responsibility notes) • The Event Organizers will immediately stop the installation of any stand that does not comply with the approved project; In agreement with the Expo Center, we will not allow any kind of construction: a) At a distance of less than 1.20 meters from a hydrant or in a position that prevents access to one;

b) In areas that prevent or impede the free access to emergency exits, energy circuits and light generators; c) At distance of less than 04 (four) meters of the access stations for telecommunications services, banks, health centers and cafeterias, or in locations that prevent or hamper the movement thereof;

AIR CONDITIONING The Expo Center is equipped with a modern and effi cient air conditioning system, making it unnecessary for individual air conditioning systems. According to the rules established by Transamerica Expo Center, the Event Organizer informs the exhibitor that it is prohibited to install air-conditioning equipment in stands or closed rooms, as these devices emit hot air, destabilizing the climate of the pavilion.

STANDS WITH MEZZANINE No construction can exceed 50% of the total area of the stand and will cost 70% more for additional meters to be negotiated directly with the commercial department. The structure of the mezzanine has to be mounted in iron and in accordance with the ABNT. Brackets should be of the same material and supported directly to the floor of the pavilion. The structure should be sized according to the calculations of capacity per m², obeying the spreadsheet load capacity. The mezzanine fl oor has to be compatible with the load set in the spreadsheet load. It should express the maximum capacity of people allowed in the mezzanine at the very beginning of this stairway linking the ground fl oor to the mezzanine. It is not permitted to use glass panels on the mezzanine fl oor, the panels should be made of acrylic, polycarbonate or of a similar material, which will have maximum opening dimensions of 1m x 1.4 m. There will be exceptions to this rule only to cases in which the glass panels have received the application of a security fi lm type INSULFILM "or panels of laminated glass or tempered.

The minimum distance allowed for the setback of the assembly of mezzanine shall be 1m from the 4.0 m on all sides of the stand, with maximum height of 6.50 m, being allowed to use up to 20% in linear feature on the front face of the stand without setback. RAMP ACCESS FOR DISABLED All stands should have ramp access for people with special needs (NBR 9050/94 - ABNT). The ramp should be at least 0.50 cm long by 1m wide to accommodate 1 wheelchair, starting from the level of the pavilion, the ramp should be incorporated into the stand and not be loose and mobile. If the fl oor of the ramp is made of slippery material, the installation of anti-slip band will be mandatory.
